I went to a few dry cleaners and no one got the stain out of a shirt, but when I came to this one and it was washed cleaned and neatly ironed. Very impressed, I will be coming back, recommend to others! The customer service was quick and really good!

Have a coat dry cleaned, collar is damaged, they told me go to where I bought it for an exchange.never come back

Came to store to have work suit dry cleaned. Nice lady behind the counter got it done for me in under 24 hours perfectly at short notice. Not only was the suit immaculate but she also found I had been hemming up my trousers with a safety pin and hemmed it for me at no extra cost or time. 10/10 would recommend again and would have been happy to pay three times as much for the work.

Please take my advice and avoid these guys like the plague. ALL they care about is getting your money and getting you out of their reception area.

When my many many items came back to me, every single one had a safety pin THROUGH the fabric. They were all delicate silks and the holes stayed. Pretty sure this is garment care 101, is it not?

Half of the items - $100 worth of drycleaning - came back stained. No discount, no apology, and I had to ask and ask before they'd agree to try again.

I had to practically BEG them to re-clean an item they'd obviously not cleaned AT ALL, and the second time the item came out clean.

Sub-par service, sub-par cleaning, zero care and attention. And they're not even that cheap.

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Have been going here for decades to dry clean suits and school blazers. In all that time I’ve never had any issues. The service is exceptional and the lady at the counter will bend over backwards to get your items done even at short notice. Was shocked by some of the reviews posted. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic service and quality dry cleaning. I went to 3 other dry cleaners (all nightmare experiences) before finding this one and have taken my suits and business shirts here for 4 years and I have never had a bad experience. The suits always come back pristine and quick. Cannot recommend this place more. Thank you

Awful experience. Of the three items I took in to be cleaned, a jacket and a dress were returned to me with stains intact – "it's not our fault, " they said, "we can't do anything about that" – and another dress was utterly ruined. The pattern on the dress had pink and gold elements, and the dry cleaning process had smudged the gold all over the dress. They refused to take responsibility, told me I should talk to the shop where I bought the dress, and charged me for all three items. Use these shoddy dry cleaners at your own risk!
