Brunswick Conveneience Store

Me and my sister went to this shop today and bought two packets of takis, but one of them was already open and had sticky tape on it but I had some and it was quite hard and off. It was not fresh. Why would they sell it already open with sticky tape on it. I won't be coming back and I will find a better shop that knows how to sell fresh chips that are not open. What a waste of money. I hope this review helps people to not go here anymore.

Tried to charge an illegal surcharge of. 20c on a $2.50 purchase. Get stuffed. Stop this nonsense. Charge a surcharge to cover costs. This ain't it. Flat surcharges are unlawful.

One word describes this place - Racist! Please note, I am not the only customer accusing them of racism. This shows there has been no attempt to change, on their part. And watch, the owner will get on here and deny, deny, deny. “You must have the wrong place mate, because we are not like that. Not remotely, ” will be his response. Anyway, I would think twice before supporting such a racist establishment.

I hate to say i but the owner is racist. Most of the staff are racist. Got told it was closed and watched other people get served. Flat out been denied service after pulling out my card to pay. Hurt feelings man. Not cool.

Rude and surly, staff here have really bad manners. Shouldn't be working in a customer facing role.

Well meaning but incredibly poor customer service - they destroyed my card that I had left in the ATM rather then keep it till the end of the night or hand it in to the police station across the road.
