Beautiful Brunswick bookstore. Staff incredibly helpful. Great for Christmas shopping. There's a pop up gift shop upstairs.

Not sure how you can run a book shop with this sort of off-standish service. Maybe I picked the wrong shop assistant.

Great range of somewhat-niche books on arts, DIY, science etc, along with mainstream selection. Lovely, helpful staff. Small but solid selection of gift items.

Good seletion of gardening books. Fast dispatch and well packed. I am very satisfied with my purchases when other online bookstores took 1 month to inform me that the book that I ordered was out of print. I will definitely recommend BrunswickBound to my friends.

I purchased a puzzle for my 3 year old at the Brunswick Bound store at the Sydney Road festival.
When getting home my daughter who was very excited to do her puzzle realised all the pieces were bent and could not connect. Despite trying DIY things to resolve it, we were unable to get the puzzle to work.

I went into the Brunswick bound store yesterday and explained what happened and they said to bring it in and we will send it back. When I brought the puzzle in today I was told they do not exchange or refund sale items. I completely understand this rule applying to books which is their primary item of sale and these can be read even if a book is bent etc, however I struggle to understand the rationale for puzzles with their primary use being to connect together. Additionally I was never informed that the refund/exchange rule applied to damaged items or items that cannot be used which the manager of the store agreed this is not disclosed. It was a very disappointing experience, with the store lacking any flexibility and principle for customer service.
I definitely will not be returning to Brunswick Bound.

Absolutely lovely gem of a bookshop. Picked up a couple of books while we were on holiday, so happy we stopped by! Cute cafe nearby, as well.

It's a great book shop. A good selection of different books.
I managed to ask and receive the book that I was after. I also found 2 x extra books. I love gifting books to others.

Great local bookstore. Life of the high street. Great selection of all genres, particularly children's books from my point of view. Also reasonably priced.

Great local Book shop. Carlton has Readings and Brunswick has Brunswick Bound. Very lucky.

It is always a treat coming to Brunswick Bound. The staff are very helpful. There is plenty to browse, and I'm always spending more time than planned (and usually buying more books than anticipated). The different books they feature at the front of the store certainly gives them a delightful feel and vibe compared to the typical chain bookstore.

Such a beautiful bookshop but some of the staff is so rude here it hurts my soul! I ended up buying something to encourage local bookshops, definitely not for the help I received! Disappointing!

A few weeks ago I went to pick up a book I ordered online. It went super smoothly, I was in and out in less than a min. They also have a good range of books

A decent micro-selection of science and philosophy books, but way too much emphasis on fiction books in the rest of the shop. When asked, they can't seem to find books which they say are in stock, and they don't call if they find them. Better to make the trip into Hill of Content Bookshop instead.
