Yesterday I arrived unannounced to Brunswick Automotive in a panic when I found that my mechanic was closed for a break. Despite the fact that they were about to pack up for their own holiday and that I was not his client, the lovely mechanic instantly dropped everything to help me. He was also so patient and non-judging of my complete car based incompetence. Thank you so much!

Great customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable about cars. They don’t try to rip you off and price gouge you. They explain exactly what they’re doing to your car. I trust them over any rude VW Australia dealership that have people working there that know nothing about the cars they’re selling or working on and always seem hostile when you visit. THIS is how you run a business.

Andrea and his team are hands down the best and most knowledgeable mechanics in the area. I’ve take my Honda Accord to them a few times for servicing and various jobs like timing belt replacement and every time they communicate quickly and clearly. These guys know their stuff and they give great aftercare advice. Highly recommend!

The team serviced our VW Tiguan during a 2,600km round trip to Melbourne. Andrea provided intelligent, honest and friendly advice, and the team rapidly serviced the vehicle, including fixing a long standing transmission leak and other issues that NSW VW dealers could not resolve, despite charging us. We will plan another trip to Melbourne just to coincide with the next service!

Fairly priced, fast, and great customer service with honest mechanics who will tell you how it is and don't try to upsell you. They performed a transmission service on my Commodore and it was half the price of a dealership.

Andrea is a great mechanic. Thorough, flexible (making time for my last minute repairs) and he is very honest - he won’t overcharge you obscene prices. Specialises mainly in Euro cars, but has worked magic on my Nissan Pulsar sts turbo. Andrea is very professional, who DOESN’T treat women customers like idiots as most mechanics do (in my experience)! I won’t see anyone else about my car. Thanks Andrea!

This was my first time visiting Brunswick Automotive, and I was incredibly happy with the professionalism, attentiveness and detail that Andrea and the BA team relayed.
The DSG Transmission on my VW Tiguan was playing up, and as you can imagined, slightly worried about the time/cost potentially incurred to fix. Andrea was prompt, solution based and timely - managing to exceed expectations without a major service required. A big thank you on getting me back on the road within a day, and would definitely use Andrea and the team again moving forward!
