Brunetti Myer Melbourne

I came today for my morning coffee and of course a desert on the side. Variety of fresh and full of flavours deserts which made my mind and took 2! Service was great! Will definitely come back to try something different!

I had coffee and cake yesterday with my girlfriend very much delicious … Custome service was fantastic and lovely. The young guy who served me with black shirt seems like well knowledge and passionate about their job. Lovely to see you again

Great atmosphere for coffee, food and dessert. Very lovely customer service. I have noticed all staff behind the counter serving with good energy and smile. Love this place very much. Yesterday I came with my co-worker team in the morning had a great time there. I'll see you beautiful staff again. Next time I'll personally provide my feedback to incharge on duty so he knows they're doing best. Love you

Chaos. No manager in site. Barista doesn’t seem to know what he is doing. Hopeless. Had to walk away.

If you're looking for a convenient place to recharge while shopping, the Brunetti Oro located inside Myer department store is a great option. The cakes on display are tempting and delicious, although finding a seat can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. Despite that, it's well worth a visit on the store's 3rd floor.

The French bird was a rude piece of work. Ask her a simple question and she returns with a condescending tone. Won't be back.

They Have a lovely variety of decant pastries, cakes and more! Great customer service and always love coming here for a coffee and cake after a few hours of shopping?

Desserts were awesome! Love the convenience of having this cafe within the Myer store, saved us having to go out with the kids.

Just had brunch with my son. A beautiful place, lovely service by a very friendly server who checked our order was correct before we paid. I asked about tomato sauce and was delighted to have this in a gorgeous glass jar. Once again the lovely server was exceptionally helpful and attentive.
My experience was great, food lovely too. Will return when next I visit Melbourne. Happy holidays to Brunett. Much respect.

Paying extra for cruelty-free milk. Milk alternatives which do not involve separating calves from their mothers so humans can steal the mothers' milk should not incur an extra charge. If anything, it should cost less.

The pastries at Brunetti Oro Myer are to die for. The ones we had were affordable and delicious. The only issue we had was with seating and we had to wait a few minutes for a table.
We will definitely go back.

Place my order then had to wait 15 minutes. Asked about my drink and got told l haven't ask for one, perhaps if your staff actually listened this would not be a problem

I bought a cake today, the price is AU3.4$ per piece. I ordered 6 pieces, but the shop charged me 8 pieces. I don't understand what happened.

On Friday 16th September 2022 my fiancé and I decided to go to Brunetti Oro - Myer for drinks and dessert. We were served by Pam for cake - Mudcake and Tiramisu, 1 Large Cappucino Extra Hot and 1 Regular Cappucino with two sugars each. Kellie was nice enough to hand us our drinks and asked what we thought about their cakes/coffee's were. We told her that we loved the cakes and the coffee too. The customer service from the staff was good and we look forward to returning again. Thank you.

A Melbourne institution. Fantastic range of fresh Italian cakes, perfect coffee and tasty light lunch. This is a bustling fast paced cafe that can get noisy and there’s no table service, but classy decor and excellent quality food make up for this

Everything is fine but i hope hot mocha is hot but not luke warm (almost like room temperature)

We never fail to stop here for a coffee break every time we are in Myer. Love the bustling atmosphere and their selection of cakes. A bit understaffed on our last visit, tables were uncleared.
