Bruce provided prompt and quality service from start to finish. He was able to provide a quote for a shattered window after hours, and complete the job the next day. He cleaned up all the mess for me and was very reasonably priced.

We organised a time/day for a quote (8am on a Monday) and nobody showed up or contacted me to say they weren’t coming - I then tried to reschedule for the following Tuesday and heard nothing back about it? Seems like there are great reviews otherwise so I’m not sure what happened here

Awesome service, found my window broken when I got home on a Friday afternoon I called O'Brien they couldn't do anything until Monday then I called Bruce and he was out in an hour and Much cheaper then O'Brien's

I called him at midday, he called in later that afternoon to quote. Bruce then ordered the glass and fitted it the next day.

After contacting so many companies with no one really interested in helping resolve the issue of a leaking window, I finally came across Bruce and he well and truly came to the rescue!

I was so happy I found Bruce. My husband had purchased a second hand window for our bathroom Reno. When he got it home he discovered that one of the gaskets that waterproofed the window was missing.
I called Bruce and 1 hour later I was at his business and he had fixed the problem.
Bruce was super friendly and easygoing. He obviously knew his stuff and had it sorted straight away.
He also charged a fair price.

I personally contacted Bruce via text around 5pm, He got back to me first thing in the morning which I was pleased about. Bruce provided me with a great price, this is the 3rd time I have used him and 3 out of 3 he has been on time, in-fact he actually fit me in earlier than first predicted. Thank you Bruce as it’s close to Christmas and I know you’re flat out as you are the best in this area! (FYI not only offered a fantastic personal service but he was by far the cheapest)
