3I had a terrible experience taking back something that was only a week old, they blamed my wife for breaking it and refused to replace it. My wife rang and they agreed to replace it. So I went back to get it replaced and suggested what could be the possible cause. This was rejected saying they were out of pocket and the person got very abrupt and threw it on the floor. I asked assistance from someone else. I was perceived as a grumpy old man and it was a very uncomfortable experience.
Excellent customer service. These guys understand saddles and how they are ridden so can provide their customers with accurate information. Really good quality products at reasonable prices. Have bought 2 really good saddles here and I am very pleased with them. Thank you
