Brows and Lashes extensions by Tuyet

Been a client of hers for awhile now, shes funny and takes her time to make sure my lashes on fleeeeeeek before i venture out for the weekend

Most amazing lash tech, friendliest and most sweet person always creates lashes that i love and if i don’t like something changes it for me i always look forward to coming to tuyet for her friendly personality and beautiful lashes

She actually gave me the results that i wanted and took her time, also her lashes last longer and dont all just fall out in 2 weeks.

Ive been going to Tuyet for 3+ years and I never leave disappointed, she has worked on my lashes and my eyebrows and I'll keep continuing to go to her

I wish she would have pre informed her clients that she has Hayfever and giving them option to push their appointment.

I was not that comfortable someone coughing and sneezing and by the time she said she has hay fever we were already in the middle of eyelashes extensions.

I understand that your home test came out negative but at times those are incorrect.

Posting this review as the business could be more professional in terms of taking a break when unwell or pre informing clients about her “Hayfever”

After my appointment in 2 days I am down with cold / sneezing and canceled my trip since I haven’t been feeling well.

If she would have even ask or informed that she has coughing and sneezing before starting the extensions if she had no time to pre call clients that would have been appreciated.

Again, I understand as a business it’s not ideal to cancel appointments but it’s about customers and being transparent if you are unwell.

For the first time I been their and she did good job.
She was unwell and didn’t informed me prior my appointment if I was not comfortable having her coughing and sneezing during my appointment.
Not everyone / your regular customers would be comfortable having someone with hay fever or cold symptoms around during the appointment.
In future if you’re unwell please giving option to your clients to either refund their money or re book the appointment,
