Brown Gouge Dry Cleaning

Don't go! ! ! The woman at the front desk is even more widowed. She ruined a piece of clothing worth several hundred dollars and told me that it was a quality problem with the manufacturer. Tell me if it is damaged after washing, you will take the risk on behalf of you by signing, but you never said anything about fading when you signed it! ! Don’t go there, it’s time to go bankrupt and you won’t be compensated if you live or die. Tell me to help me wash my clothes again. I’m sick of my brain. Tell me that your clothes are dyed and you can still wear them.

Terrible service attitude, don't go near it will become unlucky! ! ! Knowing that I made a mistake and ruined my clothes, the boss said, "I know I made a mistake, but I won't pay. You have to understand the hard work of being a boss. " I understand your hard work, but who understands your bad clothes? I didn't earn the money for the clothes? Really don't come here

Don't believe the comments below, I don't believe it, and after washing, I found that the clothes are dirtier than before sending them. I suspect that they still use my clothes as rags

Misleading and unclear. Confusing repair price and dry cleaning price. Quality is average, shirts still had creases on them.

Extremely rude ladies. I am Chinese but I couldn't stand for their behaviour. So embarrasses as being a Chinese.
They charges me twice on my clothes, said that I didn't pay what I gave them my clothes. Obviously I did.

I took in a jacket for minor repair anticipating almost the cost of a replacement and was pleasantly surprised. Very polite and reasonable

OMG! Such a racist Chinese lady working there. She looked through me instead of looking at me. She was very very rude. Also I dont understand why a dry cleaner would ask if my dress is a formal dress as the charge is different. I dont think its any of your business how / what occasion I choose to wear my dress. As a migrant in this lovely its a shame. When you have a business that deals with the public. Customers are important to the survival of your business. Really appalling!

DO NOT GET DRY CLEANING DONE HERE! They charged me $33 from a SEMI-FORMAL dress.and when i got it back they had taken the colour out of the baby blue dress! IM SO ANGRY!

Had my pants done there come back in 3 days haven't even started work on it. No calls from them no nothing letting me know.

Beware they burn your buttons!
Brought a Country Road shirt in to be dry cleaned after I had worn it once they burnt/melted/cracked the buttons on the collar, both cuffs and the spare buttons on the bottom of the shirt.
The other 6 Van Heusen shirts I took in to get laundered only had also had damage to the cuff and collar buttons though not to the extent of the other shirt.
I was told "It is not our fault it is a new machine and it just does this. "
The buttons on the Country Road shirt were replaced with similar buttons at no charge and I was offered a complimentary single shirt dry clean.

This is the rudest, angriest, ignorant woman I have ever met. Do yourself a favour and go over Box Hill Central north and on the top floor is a lovely Dry Cleaners. This is racism in full flight.

Chinese lady there is was so unwelcoming and not to mention dodgy. Not only they charge you an arm and a leg for dry cleaning she couldnt even give you a proper price until you pick up apparently. Cost $20 to dry clean a short dress. Like seriously. My normal dry cleaner charges me $6 or $15 for 3. They are rude and ridiculously expensive. I would recommemd to look elsewhere.
