Brown Gouge

Do not use this business! Took a one-off edition Black Nike hoodie bought in New York City (100USD) to be dry cleaned to remove a couple of food stains. The article has been put through a commercial washing machine, is now fully faded and the stains are still there! Why would I take it to a dry cleaner if I wanted it washed? You charged $25 to put in a washing machine and destroy it!

I have been going there for a few years and I can only say that they have looked after my clothes which are very expensive to the highest standard.
If you want any tailoring as well, the workmanship is wonderful.
Quite shocked to read these bad reviews!

Terrible- one star is too much! My leather jacket with suede collar has shrunk, the stains not removed, the suede has lost its suppleness and jacket is wrinkled as if it was left in a pile of clothes. A $32 charge was reduced to $20 and no attempt to rectify the situation or apology. An expensive error to trust them with the jacket. I will try to find another dry cleaner. I have been dealing with the Pines Dry Cleaning for 20 years and will another - Good, work, good service with a smile

My beige coat had a large pink lipstick stain from the weekend. After being rejected from a nearby neighbour, I went to the pines dry cleaner. My coat was returned to me in 24 hours in perfect condition! They may not speak English well, but who cares when they do a great job!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Ruined my evening dress and took no responsibility. Apparently everything goes into the washing machine with No care for delicate fabrics. Will not go back. Customer service appalling.

After ringing to confirm I could drop a garment off they were closed, one hour before their advertised closing time. Now after reading the other reviews, I’m glad I didn’t leave my garment with them. What has happened to the Brown Gouge brand; they use to have such a good reputation.
