6I wish I read the reviews before using this place. Lost my pocket square, then refused to look for it & still charged full price. No sympathy, just "NO" when I said it was given with a pocket square. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! MY JACKET IS STILL STAINED TOO! USELESS PEOPLE.
My pants was damaged by, the manager was trying to convinced me that "somthing unknown" has happened, and it is not their fault!
Such a poor experience here.
We went to alter two pants and the man simply didnt understand what needed to be done. After some time he finally understood and we asked him to give us a quote which he didnt provide us with and said he would do so on Sunday.
Sunday passes and I receive no information. Later I get a message that my pants are ready for collection.
Without our permission he already altered the pants and was ready to charge us $140 for the alteration. There is no way I was going to pay this amount as this is exactly why I wanted him to give us a quote.
The man insisted on charging us the full price and eventually only dropped the price slightly after some arguing with me and my father. He showed no acceptance of responsibility for what he did and was just looking to get his money.
Not to mention he messaged us saying he had accidentally given the wrong garment to someone.
Do not come here! Find another place for dry cleaning/alterations!
Destroyed my shirt with rust stains. When challenged they told me it was an old stain, when I had photos of it from a week ago they told me to prove it was the same shirt.
Piss poor customer service, and I'm out a hundred bucks on a new shirt.
Don't go! The workers ruined one of my jackets and the other was covered in fluff and dust. You pay top dollar to go to what you think is the best and they are the worst! No apology, no acceptance, just rude, incapable slobs!
