Its a best place. I have done my eyebrows with Rimpy. She is awesome. All staff very nice and they giving good service all the time. Thank you guys keep it up

I have been coming here for years, since they started out in a kiosk outside Coles and I’ve been happy with their services until today Fri 8 December. It’s the worst I’ve ever had my brows, I feel like crying each time I look in the mirror. There was a new girl I’ve never had (black T-shirt with white font saying New Amsterdam). I specifically told her I wanted a clean up only. Not only are my brows wayyyy too thin (I have already sparse brows to begin with!) they are now terribly lopsided. I told them they’re uneven and another girl offered to fix it but how do you fix brows that are too thin? Make the other side thinner? I’ve spent thousands here over the years with tinting and all kinds of other services but today will be the last.
My favourite lady Upasi left a few months ago and it’s never been the same. Upasi was very detailed with her work, she was thorough and took her time. This one just rushed me through and butchered my brows. Please stop bringing in new, inexperienced workers because this is what they’ll do, make you lose your most loyal customers who’ve been with you over many years. If your staff are inexperienced, get them to do their job SLOWLY instead of rushing in and doing an absolute mess of a job. Very upset!

Quick and good service. But as a regular there, have found the service is different based on who serves you. But on average, good service.

Opasi is amazing. She gives fantastic advice and is so gentle and thorough.
I have a condition that thickens my skin making hair removal more difficult but she is so caring and understanding.
Today l had full leg and Brazilian. I have never been treated so respectfully before. I cannot speak highly enough of the service here.

Brow Arc Threading at Brandon Park is hands-down the best place for eyebrow threading, tinting and henna. The precision these ladies have is incredible - majority of these women have been doing this since a young age as it is part of their culture. MEANING that they have more experience than someone who has just come out of beauty school and you will get better results by going here. Anjali is a personal favourite but all the other ladies are just as good. I will never go anywhere else. 100000/10.

I did the full facial + eyebrow threading with a beautician named ANJALEE that works in the BRANDON PARK salon. This was the BEST facial I have had in about 10 years. Afterwards I looked more fairer and even glowing too. Family members also all noticed the difference. It was my 1st time in this salon. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on. I will also bring my mother. THANKS a lot Anjalee and keep up the superb and excellent work.
