The wedding service at Brookwood Reception was outstanding. The food was truly amazing and consistent, and it was a highlight for all of my guests.

What made the day more amazing was the phenomenal staff. They went above and beyond in their support, even going so far as to adjusting my wife's dress and veil on the dance floor without being asked. Their attention to detail and exceptional service made our day more special.

I also want to give a special shout-out to Adnan, the owner of Brookwood Reception. He was incredibly communicative and responsive to all of our requests. Adnan's help in outlining some of the shortfalls in our initial wedding schedule allowed us to make the necessary changes for a more fluid and seamless event. We are grateful for his guidance and support throughout the planning process.

The best reception ever. Great customer service, deals and packages. The owners are really nice and give you true advice for best outcomes. They are more than reception. I booked my wedding with them and they organised everything for me including singers, band, photography, limo, drummers and much more. We had our wedding and we are 100% happy with no single issue plus food was awesome. Thank you Adnan and Walid Bedawid and all Brookwood reception team.

Doesn't recommend for any one.stuff is very unprofessional and rude.no one speak English but the whole time we were there they wasted so much of our time trying to explain they rules.i had elderly person they did want her to sit on anywhere as they already clean the place.every one was rude even for they own staff.manager should at waiting staff right in front of us.

Number one reception in Melbourne highly recommended they can treat you the best way you wanna be treated and they look after you in order to make your big day the way you’ve dreamed of it, also their food is the bestttttt

We recently had a christening & first birthday at Brookwood. We were extremely happy with the service, venue and food.
The team at Brookwood made sure things ran smoothly and stress free on the day. The staff were all very friendly, and hospitable, they went above and beyond to cater to all our guests needs not just ours.
The venue is impressively spacious, the decor is of grandeur and luxury. Overall extremely clean and has a easily accessible large carpark. Our guests haven't stopped raving about how good the food was and how much there was! I will definitely be rebooking for any future functions.

Grate place for weddings and big parties also they have a small hall for birthday parties or small parties. Great foot and service. Recommend

I think it's a 3 Star venue at best, given the overall average of facilities, air con, space.

Most shocking experience. I was disgusted at the fact that the air conditioning system wasn’t working. I and most of the guests couldn’t enjoy our friends wedding as it was extremely hot to be indoors. Please think twice before having an event at this reception, you will deeply regret it.

Were there on New Years Eve. It was stinking hot, the air conditioning was not on, everyone was sweating. All the butter that was on the table was melted, you needed a spoon not a knife to butter your bread. Had to keep asking waiters to bring cold water. Extremely disappointing.

Reception was really nice I enjoyed the service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly.
