We have recently relocated from inter-state and needed a new clinic/GP for patient management. Very pleased with our initial visit and consultation with Dr Emma Sanders and confident she will manage our health needs well.

Brilliant GPs and lots of other services too. Reception staff are super lovely and you very rarely have to wait for your appointment. I haven’t been anywhere else for GP services for the past three years and I’m very grateful we have Brooke St clinic in Woodend.

I have seen a few different doctors at this clinic over the past few years. Between in person consultations and Telehealth. They have been fantastic. They are all always thorough with finding out what is going on and taking the time to hear your concerns and what you are feeling. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The asthma clinic is the only reason I still go to the clinic. I was a customer for over 20 years. It's now a disaster. You can never get in to see the same GP, I have been messed around so badly on so many occasions, I could write an essay. I got a new GP for some consistency. A practice manager was meant to contact me after speaking to a receptionist re my concerns but I never heard from them. So disappointing.

This medical centre has served my husband and I for 30 plus years. Their attention to detail and prompt follow-up on medical matters is outstanding

Helpful staff. Dr. Loz is very professional, caring and has that wonderful quality of human warmth that is so necessary when dealing with the public. All round a good experience.

The receptionists were polite and professional. My doctor is caring, efficient and compassionate, and I am very relieved to have found her.
There are many changes at the clinic recently, which some patients are finding challenging.

I have been coming here for almost 9 years. The staff are great but what’s important are the facilities. On site pathology, X-ray, ultrasound, treatment room for emergencies or unexpected issues, range of specialist services too and the doctors are lovely. Highly recommend

From receptionists to doctors and allied health staff, Brooke St Medical has always been there for me. They are friendly, respectful and most importantly helpful!

I have been in Woodend for 12 months now and I think Brooke St Medical is one of the best centres I have been in. I have had to use the services a lot lately and have had some major issues. My Doctor is fantastic, could not be happier with him or the other services I have had to use. The centre has nearly every facility which makes it very quick and easy to get all the testing and results done in the same place, brilliant.

Dr Zin Naung has attended to two medical matters for my kids this week and I'm impressed with this thoroughness and attention. I now consider him my ongoing GP and am pleased to say Brooke Street has turned a corner and I'm a lot happier with service.

Dr Simeen Ahmed was on time, very warm and sympathetic - listened to all I had to say, asked helpful questions, explained things as necessary. I found her to be a very good trustworthy doctor!
