I Went on a bus trip with this company about 3 weeks ago it wasn't the best but it wasn't there fault as it rained all day but today was a disaster we went to Benalla first we went to the visitor information centre the people there where really lovely it was about 11.45 and we where told to meet in the park behind the information centre they put on a bbq then the driver left we where dumped at the park for three hours as he said he had to pick up a bus from albury this was a day we where supposed to go for peaches figs and fig di india he arrived back at 3.15 by the time we drove to shepperton for our fruit it was 4.o clock the peaches where disgusting the sample one where nice but the ones in the boxes looked nothing like the sample half of the box where green they had been in the cool rooms if I had wanted this I would have gone to safeway or woollies no figs and no fig di india wouldn't you think the bus company would inform themselves if the fruit is available I did approach the owners wife I told her I would not be back she couldn't care as she already had my 120 dollars which was 60 dollars each this was a rip off

follow up to this I get a phone call tonight and was told I am a lier and that this is deformation of character that no one else complained when every one was complaining and that this man is more intelligent than me well so be it but as far as I am concerned just an apology would have been nice by the way I was told that he was recording my conversation shouldn't you be told before you start the conversation that you are recording it and he said he is going to get his soliciter to take me to court lol so why do we have reviews if not to state our opinion
