I ordered a battery from Broadway Computers, and when it arrived at my door.i was shocked to see in bold text “Prototype not for sale”
surely a Prototype Battery for a computer should be the last thing you would ever want.

These guys never answer the phone nor give a call back. I tried 7 times continuously to get them on phone. It would be better if you record the numbers and give them a call back. Disappointing customer support.

Absolute top company to deal with. I have ordered spare parts from these guys plenty of times. Pricing for the genuine parts is super competitive and service is second to none. On the rare occasion I have had an issue with a part all it takes is a quick email and Broadway send out a replacement. Highly recommend Broadway for all laptop spare part purchases.

Received my NEW Keyboard for my HP Spectre today.
Its second hand, the keys are broken, the backlight wont turn off and the mute button for the sound wont turn off.
Will definitely be taking this further,
I have tried to call but it just rings and rings and rings.
No excuse, they know what they sent out

Customer communication is quite poor, I attempted to call them on their mobile and landline number in order to discuss if they can repair my device with no answer, all you get is voice message. I was desperate to repair my device so I emailed and got a response within 15minutes. Took my device to the store and overall was a pleasant experience however was somehow not assured that they were 100% capable of the job. Just got given a slip of paper and a "we'll look at it". I got a text message saying my laptop was "repaired". I attempted to ring again yet again simply voice mail. On the website it said the store is open on Saturdays. I drove an hour to get there and of course its not open. Arrived to pick it up on Monday and the device appeared to be entirely fixed, with the added bonus that they repaired a volume up button which was not asked to be replaced so I thought it was all worth it. Took it home and upon further inspection they managed to kill my front facing camera and installed the magnets the wrong way in the chasis making it impossible for my pen to sit in the correct orientation.

Overall quite poor quality repair, customer service and communication the only thing I can remotely commend is the price and even then it is not worth it

I had a cracked screen replaced on my 15inch macbook pro retina for $100 less than the Apple store. Fast turnaround, straightforward service. Came highly recommended by Paul Daniels. Did not disappoint!

Fantastic service, was able to find a replacement part for my laptop online and have it the following morning.

Bought a new laptop battery on eBay, it arrived with 61% capacity. They promptly sent a replacement which had 59% capacity. No apology received. Buyer beware.

I wasn't sure what keyboard type and battery to order so I emailed them a photo of my laptop's specifications. They responded within a couple of hours with 2 URLS which I used to make my purchase on Wednesday afternoon. They immediately confirmed receipt of my payment and said they're processing my order. At 8.30 the following morning the Toll delivery gent delivered my purchase. I'm in Sydney! Awesome service correct parts, laptop's working fine. Thanks Broadway.
