5I have always been treated fairly by staff at the counter & also the presiding magistrate (s). The public toilets here have usually been left in a poor hygienic state and/or been vandalised. This maybe be the result from people attending court and being angry at their own situation while seemingly projecting this in a physical way onto other people's property. Beside that there is nothing notable to complain about!
Mixed up my case with someone else's. Wasted precious court time unraveling the situation. Law clerk was overloaded and even said so in the open court. The court conduct and process - extremely unprofessional to say the least.
Sit all day, just to be told it's ajorned asit was getting late. Total stuff around
I find that the Broadmeadows court is understanding and are very helpful
