Broadfuel Belgrave South

The diesel pump put in several litres more than capacity of the fuel tank. That means overpayment.
I raised this with the teenage attendant who had no idea what I was talking about or what to do about it.

Reasonably priced fuel, attatched convenience store, with take away food and GREAT coffee. Friendly staff.

Went to broadfuel today at 12: 30pm (8/4/2023) and got served by 2 young men who straight away seemed like they had no idea whats going on. Ordered 2 burgers, 2 chips and 6 pieces of chicken. One of the burgers with no mayo due to allergies.
Waited 30 minutes to then be given the burgers both having mayo on them, mentioned to the staff that 1 of them needs to be without mayo. The other staff member then making a snarky loud remark from behind the counter "Who doesnt like mayo? ". Me responding that its due to allergies. Pretty rude and inappropriate comment from a staff member thats supposed to be catering for allergies. They have then given us under cooked chips and also forgot that we ordered chicken, making us wait another 20 minutes.
In total waiting 50 minutes for a order that was messed up twice, undercooked chips and rude service too.not good enough.

This service station is an oasis in a quiet hamlet that sells fuel at competitive prices. It's very clean and the staff are warm and friendly.

Friendly staff and well stocked shop also provides drive thru coffee. Happy to support an independent service station compared to the usual larger operators

Great to have a local petrol station. The bowser area is now undercover. Staff always nice and friendly. ATM. Snacky things+. If you have a car that has a low front spoiler, be careful entering the driveway from the road. Has an air/tyre pump too.

Price is okay, friendly staff, warm snacks, everything one would expect - minus supermarket rewards.

Only criticism, the handle on the bouser left my hand black after use. Might need a clean, although that's a small issue.

Here every couple of days getting fuel for at least one of our cars, friendliest staff, fuel prices always competitive with your bigger corporate stations and they now have fuel discounts when you shop at the supermarket across the road.
