Broad Oak Medical and Dental

I would like to share my expierence at Broad Oak clinic. Dr Khan is one of best Doctor with best clinical knowledge and experienced. He is very supportive, humble, helpful and treat everyone with respect & dignity. Big thanks to him for being there in our sick time and treat us patiencely.

Lovely, helpful staff. Don't recommend parking in the car park there though, it's a tight squeeze especially for large 4wds and very limited spots. Plenty of space on side street and across the road to park with no fuss though.

A clinic with world class doctor's, that are reliable and create an approachable and friendly environment. I would definitely recommend Broad Oak for any medical or dental needs.

Dr Shahroze Khan and his staff were excellent throughout. I felt immediately at ease when greeted at his office right from the outset.
My initial consultation was very thorough and informative and he answered all my questions with great detail and care along with a very reassuring manner and good humour which I appreciated.

Dr Chen the dentist I saw there today (Tue 3rd Oct) - was the best dentist I have ever seen before period. Took care of me so well explained everything to me and guided me through all the things I needed to know to prevent a future visit.
He was incredible. Unfortunately can’t say the same about the receptionist staff, not sure who I spoke to to make the appt but who I spoke to was incredibly rude and sounded bored and irritated on the phone hence me not wanting to visit this place.
Improved reception attitudes, maybe need to take a leaf out of Dr Chens book 10/10 for him and his lovely dental assistant.

Administrations time management and organisation is horrible. I made an appointment online, received a confirmation email and filed out the online forms. Then about 24 hours later (30 minutes before my scheduled appointment) I received a phone call to say the doctor I booked with couldn't fulfil my appointment but they had only just realised. I struggle to understand how a medical clinic can be so unorganised. The receptionist had no reason except "we've only just looked at it, sorry". Do not recommend this place!

Everytime I've come here I've waited 30-40min passed booking time, yesterday I visited was late again so had to come back and rebook few days later only for them to cancel last minute. Very disorganised.

A Disappointing Experience - Abysmal Time Management

I regret to say that my experience was wholly unsatisfactory, marred largely by a complete disregard for punctuality and a blatant failure in time management.

My main contention lies with their ill-managed appointment system. Despite having availed myself of the online booking service, presumably designed to offset logistical inconveniences, I found myself incongruously waiting for more than half an hour past my scheduled appointment time during each visit. This disregard for the client's individual time is both unprofessional and disrespectful.

In today's fast-paced world, time is an incredibly valuable resource, and the establishment's lax approach to punctuality has resulted in a significant waste of my time on multiple occasions. It seems the convenience promised by their online booking system is rendered inefficacious due to this gross lack of effective time management.

In conclusion, the shoddy time management, coupled with a disregard for their client's schedules, is a telling measure of the establishment's deficient management, and it certainly makes me question the overall efficiency of their services. I couldn't recommend this business until they address and rectify these fundamental problems.

5 star review all around for this clinic, not only is it a beautiful building with fish out the front and books for the children inside, the receptionist Khira is just phenomenal - and I'm not just speaking from my own experience, I've seen her deal with some hard situations and still have the most amazing smile and warmth about her the entire time. She alone is enough to make me come back again and again, but my review has to go on to to include the most amazing doctor I've ever had the privilege of being a patient of: Dr Karan Singhal. He's so incredible that I've followed him from his last clinic to this one, because I cannot imagine going to anyone else for both my mental and physical health needs. Thank you Khira for being such a joy to liason with, and thank you Dr Karan for going above and beyond every time for me for so long without fail.

I am visiting this medical center since 2021. I don't have any words how good all the doctors are and specially Dr Humauy. My all problem related back pain and acid reflux he treated right way. Always guiding me right medicine and remedies. In my last 15 years of stay in Melbourne I never found good Dr and clean medical center ever. Thank you so much each and all staff broad oak medical center.

Dr Radhika Ramakrishna is outstanding. She has been taking excellent care of my health and health of my entire family for over 10 years now, she is also a pleasure to speak with at every session. Finding a doctor who combines exceptional medical care & true concern for the patients is hard to come by. I heartily endorse her!

Booked an appointment to see a Dr over the phone waited and waited phoned to find out what was going on the Dr in question had gone home I was not notified. Never again will I go there to see a Dr.

Poor booking management. Every time I book an appointment, reception gave me a call back just before the appointment and they say that they have to change the appointment time because doctor wants to leave early. I book the appointment as per my schedule as I am working full time job. Its really frustrating.

Dr. Radhika Rama Krishna is the best doctor I recommend to everyone who are suffering for any kind of sickness if you want to remove this from root just listen to Dr. Radhika. Five start service god bless you always

Reception is bad here - you are on hold sometimes 10 minutes - its a chronic problem which they dont seem to care about. Another issue is that their carpark is full of potholes which have been there forever - and they completely ignore them. Doctors here are great.

Poor customer service by receptionist Sheryl.very busy in gossip and very lazy to pick up the form and enter the details and let the doctors know that patient is waiting. Waiting time an hour. Doctors and dental staff are very helpful.

Dr Humayun is best. I never met a doctor before who is so caring about his patients. He helped me to book my appointment with specialist whom I was waiting for last one year. You are really great. Keep it up your good work for community. May your all wishes come true. You’re doing good karma.

Dr Shahroze Khan has been our family doctor for many years. He is a Doctor with great knowledge, patience and empathy. He is one of the best and most Proficient doctors that we have encountered. I highly recommend Dr. Khan. We have heaps of confidence in him. We miss him at First health, but are sure to follow him where ever he practice.
