Unfortunately, you have to ask them for the liability bond to be back.
Otherwise they do no refund.
After checking my bank account, 1 week after checking out I m still waiting for my money back while I would like to book another van.
1012$ out.
After 2 mails claiming, they just say "sorry about not refunding the day of check out"
Looks like they hope the customer will forget to ask.
Shameful!

In May we toured up into the high country, staying at Beechworth and Bright. Apollo motorhome drove well and was mostly comfortable except for the cold. Vehicle requires more insulation both thermal and sound as there was a lot of road noise. Bedding for cool weather is inadequate so be prepared to take your own. Check out was a bit slow and Check in was much quicker with Marsh. Overall a good holiday although way to short. We would do it again although only in the warmer weather.

First time returning the car here, the older male staff was rather slow in the return process with the typing and everything. However, this second time we returned the car here was awesome. We had a wonderful attending lady staff, called "Jo". She was super quick, super nice, and time-efficient. Thanks Jo!

10 days melb-Adel-melb. 6 berth - great way to travel when stopping 1-2 nights, step ups are very easy.van drove well just watch the wind that’s all.

Van did everything we required of it. Makes for a really easy holiday. Few issues with the van. Slight seal issue with it letting rain in and our internal lights didn’t work even when connected to power. Luckily it was sunny until about 9pm so not the worst but still annoying.

I've just completed my 3rd rental of a campervan from Britz, and I have loved every minute of each trip. Each time I've rented a Venturer campervan and these vehicles are a great way to see our beautiful country. Being a solo female, I always stay in caravan parks so the van is always plugged into the mains power, which means all the internal appliances and functions work perfectly. In the winter, when the outside temp was about 4C, the heating kept me lovely and warm all night. In the summer, with the van parked in full sun on a 37C day, the aircon managed to keep the van comfortable just. The Venturers are very easy to drive, and will cruise the highways comfortably at the speed limit. On my most recent trip, I had an issue with a flat battery after 7 days parked in a caravan park, but the 24hr assistance team were excellent - they sent local roadside assistance to jump start the van, and then I was able to go straight to the local Britz depot where they fitted a new battery and I was back on the road. My only criticisms of the Venturer vans are that they don't come with a side awning to provide shade on sunny days, and the sliding tambour doors on the overhead cupboards are a pain as if your belongings move during your journey, the sliding doors can get stuck. I'm now planning my next trip in a Britz van.

Excellent service, excellent motor home and an excellent holiday. Couldn't ask for more! Will definitely use this company again.

Just relocating a camper.beautiful modern large campervan. Got a patient walk through by a friendly person. These campers are not as simple as you think, need to get accustomed to things like gas, water, grey water, sewerage etc. Fortunately there is an app with instructional videos.

Great experience in our campervan, great staff experience both in Darwin and Melbourne. Very thorough.

Good experience with the campervan. We had the Britz voyager for 4 nights, was relatively easy to use for a first-timer. Even had a bluetooth speaker behind for the passengers behind. Staff was friendly, service was pleasant. We also requested to store our luggages at the storage of the rental centre, which they happily granted us permission with. Will definitely rent with the company again if im back in aussie!

Our 2nd time now hiring one of the camper vans, and could not be happier. The vehicles have always been clean, super reliable and comfortable to sleep in.
