Fantastic Business! I'm from Adelaide and needed to buy some Messmate. I'd contacted a lot of timber merchants in Victoria with very unsatisfactory results. Then I emailed Britton Timbers and Katelyn rang the following day. Couldn't believe the contrast in service quality! Katelyn's product knowledge combined with her enthusiasm and happy demeanor made buying from Britton's a pleasure.

When I arrived after driving over from Adelaide, Damo (Damien) out the back was also fantastic! What a great helpful bloke! Couldn't have given better service.

Prices were sharp too!

Terrible service.
They deliver the wrong order to me then charge me for the delivery.and say i made the mistake.even though i have ordered the same timber for the past 5 years feature grade messmate. And they send me select grade Tas Oak.i stopped using this company a few years ago for bad customer service.again its happened.go elsewhere.plenty more supplies like Mathews who will give you a much better service
Avoid at all cost

I miss the old Britton Timbers and the service I used to get. The quality and follow up isn't like it used to be. Focus appears to be on the big architectural deals rather than smaller furniture makers. An industry that built this company is now small enough they don't appear to care about it. There are other businesses that appreciate a reputable customer base.

Very happy with the service at Britton Timbers. Just the nicest people. And decently acceptable prices for some hard to find timber.
