So pleased I tried this business. Substantial and delicious variety of wraps/sandwiches and rolls. Tasty and full of flavour. Ordered for 10.30am delivery and arrived 15 minutes early. Wonderful service and very easy process. Beautifully packed and a hit with our staff birthday gathering. Will use again. Highly Highly Reccommend!

They can accommodate any dietary requirements and they clearly label the food so there is no confusion. The food is visually delightful and packaged beautifully. They are very accommodating with the catering options and on the rare occasion the delivery is late, it is communicated to us straight away (which you don't get from many catering companies.) We used Brisk for a client meeting. We were planning to start the day with food, coffee, etc. They arrived over an hour late & disrupted a key presentation. My team was embarrassed and clients weren't happy. The response from Brisk was rude and unapologetic. We will never use this company again and recommend others do the same.

Brisk’s food is amazing! They are on time, easy (just give them a number of attendees and they can do the rest!) and they are one of the few places with good vegan food- even non-vegans enjoy it. Of course, their vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are also delicious. Would recommend them to anyone.

I used Brisk Catering for the first time yesterday - I couldn't believe how easy it was to order! The food arrived on time today, everyone only had positive things to say about the presentation as well as the taste.
