First and last I will not recommend people to go here, took my old man to see Dr Gabriel Galindo, remember this is my old man first time here, this doctor look so angry and when we got in the room and give him all my dad's paper from his old doctor, he read then he said oh I can't take him, I can't look after him because his got to many medical issues but Hello why you became a doctor if you don't like it when patient have alot of medical issues, then he said his a part time doctor his got to many patients by the look off it you just don't want to check anyone, so horrible and rude, the way he talks to us, this is the first time we experience this kind of behaviour, and keep telling us to go to other medical if you tired of being a doctor, then do me a favour and take off your patch.

Very unprofessional rude african doctor. Never go back again to a doctor refusing to try the blood pressure. Third world country doctors, very shameful they get that kind of job

Dr Adaeze Emezie has consistently been pleasant, reassuring, patient, empathic and a real pleasure to deal with. She has been very thorough, listens to my concerns and explains any issues in such a manner that makes me feel reassured of her professionalism. I understand that each person is different and some may require more time with Dr Emezie, so I am happy to wait to see her as I know she is just as thorough with me as other patients. I have seen her for many years during that time I haven’t experienced any abruptness or feeling that she’s too rushed to hear my concerns. Such a lovely doctor who treats me with the care that I deserve, the best.

Poor management of patients with excessive waiting periods. Pointless making appointments.

The reception is very bad, she doesn’t take into consideration that I have a baby with fever all she cares about that the clinic will close in 10 mins and I have even asked her to ask the Dr. Toraj to allow me in, she refused saying we are going to close

I can't understand why the medical receptionist like this. Not professional. Sleepy head, lazy, feels terrible when walk in. Never come back.
Doctor is late. She is doing her work sweeping. I needed to wait for long time to serve

Went in for a medical certificate and asked the receptionist if it’s possible to see a doc about it. All she did was shake her head. No explanations of why. She continued to shake her head as I questioned her further. So unprofessional and rude! If you don’t enjoy your job then please do everyone a favour and just quit. It’s sad enough having to go see a doc while you’re sick but then to also meet someone that’s supposed to help you in such a negative mood just makes it worst

Dr Galindo is great very professional, really listens and tries to get to the bottom of whatever health issue might be.
Only reason I gave the practice 3/5 stars is due to Dr Adaeze Emezie she is rude unprofessional & judgemental I would never recommend her for anything.ie. She started talking about my (3y.o) son's medical issue's with the receptionist in the reception area that was full of other patients before laughing about my parenting choices with the receptionist.

Will never come back. I booked and came to this place earlier this year because my GP I normally go to was close and needed to see a doctor. I was booked in for a female gp and she was so rude. Never met a doctor so rude in my life. Learnt my lesson to only see my family doctor only

DR Gabriel Galinder is the most understanding and best doctor I have ever seen. Suffered from back pain due to surgery a long time ago. He has always guided me in the right direction. The wait time is long but worth it to get someone who cares rather than someone who dismisses patients without a solution.

Dorveitch Blood collection staff are lovely. Couldn't even feel my bloods being taken.
Chemist is connected.

Wait time is really high. No matter what time your appointment is. Expect at least 30-50mins wait even if your appointment is only worth 5mins.
Very disappointed with their reception service and management of patients.

Really long wait and still didnt get to see a doctor, booked a appointment and o one saw me for over an hour.then got told to rebook it for a another time later that day.the staff is of no help either.

They refused to even see me and kicked me out saying i needed to go to emergency that tbe doctor would not see me. I informed them that my injury (small cut that produced a significant amount of blood due to an incident with the blade of the food processor). Once the nurse at emergency inspeceted my finger, cleaned it and rebandaged it she asked why i hadnt gone to a clinic. I informed her that i had and that they refused me medical attention, she was beyond shocked and once the doctpr saw me he had very much the same response to this clinic refusing to see me.
