Brilliant Car Wash reviews
78Had some dramas, machine took my money but didn’t work. Got in touch with the owner at his earliest convenience and refunded the money. Appreciate the way it was handled, will continue bringing my business to the carwash. Thank you!
Usually not bad but often the coin machine is out of order. Now I know why. Today it ate a bunch of my coins! Scam! I recommend avoiding the coin machine if you can.
Don't waste your money. The auto wash on the highest tier wash essentially just gets your car wet. No dirt actually comes off
Shocking don't waste your money
Stay away
My car was not clean after using auto wash
Worst car wash ever. Don’t waste your time or money coming here. Foam brushes don’t even work. Will never be coming back again.
Machine ate two of my gold coins I wanted to use to avoid the hefty card surcharge. Now chasing up a refund is difficult with no staff around and nobody returning my calls.
Edit: refund eventually processed.
Facilities are okay, bins always overflowing whenever I go.
Vacuums work fine, noting only some take card, others only take $1/$2 coin.
FYI the change machine only takes notes, no cash out facility provided.
Washing bays are also fine.
The auto wash is always out of order. Don't waste your time with this not-so-brilliant car wash.
More like Really Average Car Wash. I bought the highest tier wash for my company car, but you could hardly tell it had ben through the wash. In addition, the machine didn't provide a receipt and despite phone calls and follow up, the proprietors have not bothered to issue one. Waste of time, waste of money
Automatic wash doesn't remove anything beyond a bit of dust. A complete waste of time and money. All I did was pay $16 to make the outside of the car wet, all the dirt remains.
Not bad at all, really, compared with others I've tried this place stands above the others
The self wash option just took coin return in really unreliable. Took $1 twice and failed to start or return money. No customer assistance number.
It’s good as far as car washes go, be nice if all the lights in the bash bay worked, other than that nice clean place
Great place to wash the car. Big vacuum just before the washing, to clean the car. And even it's less expensive and all the machines work brilliantly.
This is one off the best car wash in this and surrounding suburbs. You get more for your buck here because you get more time to vacuum or wash compared to others. They just installed a laser car wash and it is amazing the way it gently cleans your car. I most times use this place.
Usually don't have to wait for a bay and there actually seems to be a decent amount of soaps in that flow through.
I went to the effort of reviewing a cash wash place, it's has better than your ordinary car wash.
It was an interesting experience. I opted for the DIY section. There is an automatic machine also. On the DIY, you choose a bay and you get to do your vaccuming first. The vaccums are ok for generic purposes not for detail work. 1 dollar will get you 3 minutes of use. I used about 3 dollars in total. It's best to get your car ready to vaccum by cleaning things from the seats etc so you don't waste time. Next you move your car over to the washing section which was confusing to me at first so I asked someone around. Basically I found it easiest to turn the dial to Tire Cleaner first and deposit a dollar. That gives you 1min 40 sec of use of a tire cleaning function only. Once your time on that function is finished, you move the dial to the next one (pre-rinse I believe). Put in your dollar and rinse away for that lenght of time. If you want to add time, let it finish, add one more dollar on the same function and do 1min40sec more of that. And ilke that you move the dial clockwise onto the next function or skip a function if not needed. I used only High pressure soap (which uses the water gun), then bubble brush (which uses the big brush/broom to spread a pinkish bubbly soap) and high pressure rinse (again the water gun). I used this high pressure rinse twice to rinse the whole car. All together for those functions including vaccuming I spent 7 dollars in total. Next time I will try the other functions. Not bad to test for a dollar. After you've finished with your car, you move your car forward to an uncovered area. I choose to go to the one NOT in front of the cleaning bays to dry my car because there are other people washing their cars and you are bound to get sprinkled. Make sure you bring cash (coins preferably) as it will make it easier than using your card. My boy had a lot of fun. Will definetly return,
Paid $12 for the auto car wash - did not wash - was a light rinse at best and left dirt and soap suds over car. Had to go home and hand wash - won't return. I paid for a service a didn't receive GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
I like coming here for a quick wash but I cant remember the last time the coin machine was working properly. Again today not in service.
