Briki cafe

I was looking forward to getting a coffee from here. It did not disappoint. Fresh ground decaf was great. Service was friendly and prompt. I will be back. Close to Thornbury Station. Easy to hop of the train, grab a coffee, and get the next train.

I love stopping in at Briki! The coffee is always spot on, and I highly recommend picking up an almond croissant. The staff are very friendly. I often visit with a small group of disabled people and we always feel very welcome here. Even the small details like the cute flowers on the table make me smile. I'm looking forward to getting lunch here one day too, there's a lot of tempting vegan options to choose from. Thank you Briki for always being ace

Great coffee and good food. Not the biggest selection but it's a nice local corner cafe.

First morning in Melbourne as usual did not disappoint! The vanilla oat latte I ordered was to die for. Fantastic focaccia vegan toastie also, it's lovely to find places that cater to varied dietary requirements. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, jealous that this isn't my local. Might have to steal entire cafe plus staff and drag back to Adelaide!

Hands down best coffee that I’ve had in Melbourne. And the vegan hummingbird cake was a 5/5. Will definitely return again!

The staff were really friendly and quick service the Coffee was delicious (what I did get to drink of it). My take away cup leaked and turned my cup holder into a nice puddle so I spent most of my time cleaning the car than enjoying my coffee. But what that little bit was great haha

I asked for a small soy latte was a cold day the latte was not even hot I was coming here a year ago they were so nice but today was no good hope i get a better latte next time

My favourite little coffee shop down the Rd. Staff are friendly, consistent and I always leave with a smile. When I'm working from home I love to pop by for my morning coffee and toasted sandwich.

Friendly service, close to the station, grabbed a takeaway coffee on my walk and it was perfect.

We love our little local cafe! Everything is awesome …. The coffee, food and staff. Briki has that warm welcoming feeling, always greeted with big smiles. On Saturday’s there is a great buzz with customers filling the sidewalk with their coffees and catching up with friends and family.

We absolutely loved the vegan options.vegan korma pie & the "nistisimo" vegan pie! Coffee was perfect, exactly like I like it & the vegan peanut butter slice was to die for! Will definitely be back to try the other options, lovely, helpful & friendly staff contributed to a great experience! Thank you, will be spreading the word!

Awesome lil Café that's got a gr8 lil vibe happening that I've had my eye on for quite a while. Simmos from the get go gave me a better experience than yesterday's outing & was engaging with all his customers regulars or newbies like me.
Grabbed a delicious snot block & soy latte & watched the side walk world go by - only intended to do 15mins but realised it was past 2pm so no parking dramas.

Even waiter Rowan/Rohan kept an eye on all things service related. This time i didn't need to find my own water it was cheekily delivered.
Overall a luvly experience & might start paying in Crypto currency to keep Simmos happy

My colleague wanted a coffee and she wanted to have it at Briki. I did not have the best coffee there the last time as it tasted like burnt milk. But I decided to give them another chance. When we got there my colleague was greeted by the male staff with a normal hello and I was greeted with his hands together (Indian greeting). I told him hi and told him “wrong country” and he just kept laughing. I told him I’m from Singapore and he said “all the same”. I told him not to assume and it’s not ‘all the same’. He didn’t bother to apologise for his ignorance. The coffee still tasted bad. I’ll never go back to Briki Cafe run by a racist.

Food and service were excellent. Highly recommend the Mint Slice! The location is awesome to with easy parking and close to the train station.

Beautiful staff, great atmosphere, quick service!
For a tiny space they really make it feel open and inviting. Great for a quick caffeine fix while waiting for the train, or a lovely sit down al fresco lunch.
The most pet friendly I’ve seen… seems like the staff are genuinely happy to see your dogs and are keen to give them treats.
