The doctors and reception staff are 10/10. Just wish it was easier to get an appointment. It’s tough having to wait at least 3 weeks to be seen so I hope they figure that out!

I went and saw Liz for maybe about a year and loved her, until she halved my dose of antidepressants which I had been on for 6 years, on a unheard high dosage for my antidepressants… please educate yourself more on mental health and antidepressants if you are doing this.

Dr Brian Huang is the best GP we have ever come across. Very knowledgeable, thorough, caring, great with kids, I honestly cannot fault him! Highly recommend

Dr Liz is the best GP I’ve ever had. She’s knowledgeable, approachable and so kind - it’s no surprise that there’s quite a long wait time for appts with her, she’s absolutely fantastic!

What a great bunch of staff! From reception who were warm and engaging to the doctors who were tentative and thorough. Our lil boy was sick and we managed to get a Saturday appointment-they took very good care of him. It definitely wasn’t your zip in and zip out style like other medical centres were they churn out patients non-stop. An incredible inviting place with caring staff.
We will be back-this will be where our family goes.

The best doctors I have been to in a very long time. Highly recommend, they are very knowledgeable and also caring and go above and beyond! Very lucky to have them in Williamstown!

Fantastic doctors but it's now almost impossible to book an appointment earlier than 2-3 weeks in advance which makes it difficult for someone with ongoing health issues. It's a shame that I have had to book with other clinics due to the ontake of so many new patients that I can't make regular check ups as needed.

I am really happy with the care and service I have received for the last couple of years from the Brightside Medical Clinic. Apart from being great doctors, Dr Liz & Dr Brian are lovely people too!

Brian and Liz are both such fantastic and caring doctors. They never rush you and really take the time to understand your issue. They are both so thorough and provide a high quality service. The nursing staff are also very lovely and considerate.

Brian and Liz are passionate, conscientious and kind doctors. It is lovely to have them in the community.

I visited Dr Elizabeth Nguyen for the first time yesterday and highly recommend her. She took the time to go through all my medical history, is very knowledgeable and professional, as well as friendly and down-to-earth. The two nurses that I saw were also fantastic, as was the receptionist.
This is the best medical practice I have ever been to. The premises are also modern and clean.

I could not speak highly enough of the care my husband and myself have received from both Dr Brian Nguyen and Dr Elizabeth Nguyen. They are both so caring and professional with their Care and compassion.
