Paul Trainor is an excellent physio and takes a holistic approach, always considering the possibility other health issues may have in contributing to or causing pain. On one occasion he sent me straight to my GP concerned my back pain could have been my heart and it was requiring an urgent stent. He is also focussed on finding ways to keep you doing the activities you love rather than suggesting you should retire!

I have been going to this clinic since I was 19 - I am in my late 50s now. I have always found the Physio's to be really great at what they do. Paul Trainor took time to identify the issue I was experiencing, offered professional but realistic suggestions on how to solve it - and three weeks later, after following his recommendations, I feel like a new person!
The girls at reception are also so friendly & helpful - it is a pleasure to go there! I have always recommended Brighton Spine & Sports Clinic to all my family & friends - and will continue doing so going forward. Thanks again team!

Bruce Gilmore is fantastic; goes above and beyond to take care of his clients, explains himself very clearly and with as much detail as you'd like or need. He has treated both my son and daughter with basketball related foot and ankle injuries. Highly recommended.

Having seen a number of practitioners over the years I have found a specialist spinal clinic that is treating my problem accurately and with care and empathy.
My physiotherapist Paul Trainor is clearly a practitioner who just knows what is required.
After one consultation I have less pain, more mobility and generally feel like I’m heading in the right direction.
This is a proper clinic which treats spinal problems accurately.

The appointment was easy to make for the day and time that was suitable. The physio was prompt and we were not kept waiting. The treatment was very gentle and appropriate for the age of the patient. Highly recommended.

Was referred to Dr. Victor Wilk by my GP regarding thigh injury have had for 5 months. Dr. Wilk asked all the usual questions and performed a physical assessment. However I am glad I was wearing a longish tshirt as I had to remove my trackpants and unlike other clinics no gown or towel was offered for privacy just a bit of material that did nothing to cover anything. Though I am sure Dr. Wilk has seen it all I did feel awkward. He then referred me to have a MRI which amazingly I was able to have the next morning. A copy was also to be sent to my GP. Two weeks later my GP has still not received. So I rang clinic who said will send. I thought perhaps I could have telehealth with Dr. Wilk to get results. OK but not available for 3 weeks, so 5 weeks after I had the MRI. If I had known that my GP wasn't going to get the results I would have arranged telehealth sooner. Though of course Capital Radiology should have done this. Initial consultation was $315, of which Medicare reimbursed $60 while MRI cost $300 with no reimbursement from Medicare or Medibank. So yes clinic in lovely old Brighton house and staff friendly but it will cost you. Hence a follow up telehealth to get results. 8.11 Thank you Dr. Wilk for addressing my queries and phoning me with MRI results.
