Brighton Public Golf Course

The course is very good layout and location but the management is too bad. The staff not friendly and keep terrible attitude all the time. And it is a nightmare procedure to book a tee time through his system

Best public golf course I ever played. I enjoyed my playing and I got my best results there.

Course has long, long wait times. Took 2.5hrs to do 9 holes and I was playing as a single ball. Course has also seen better days. A lot of younger visitors fail to fix divots or sand in parts of the course where it’s needed. Really needs some fixing. One of the greens had so many divots and holes my ball bounced it’s way to the hole when putted! No good.

This is a nice course to play with some minor things you need to aware of. First this is a super busy course, very busy so you will be waiting to tee off and it will take longer than normal to finish a round, for example the group behind us walked off after 13 because they were tired of waiting for our group and the group ahead of us. The course is not in as good a condition as you would think considering the area its in simply because it gets hammered so the gardening people don't get much time. Parking is great and the golf shop is fully stocked with munchies and drinks. It is enjoyable to play though with tight fairways, bunkers and water.

Good local public golf course however some holes are a bit rough on their fairway due to the frequency of people playing on the corse.

It's a lovely course with long holes. Beautiful on a sunny day and not too muddy on a rainy day.

It is one of the worst public courses i have ever played. Tee boxes where more dirt than grass. Green and fairways in very bad shape. Better off hitting a ball in the park. Poor form brighton golf course.

Holes are short and only one par 5, but fun to play and condition of course is pretty good.

Quite a nice course for a public course with some challenging holes while also having lots of shorts par 4 with great possibility to score well. Recently cut rough making it a lot more enjoyable if you do mess up that shot. Bit on the expensive side with some inconsistent green speeds but all in all nice course would recommend.

The groundsmen are doing a fabulous job, considering so many players from other private golf clubs play at Brighton because their club's courses are unplayable

Tee sheet was ridiculously packed. No gaps between tee times. Took 1 hour to get a through 3 holes,

Great little parkland course. Short with thin fairways, if you're a big hitter you won't need your driver much, but it's usually in great condition and drains very well after rains. I have had the pleasure of meeting a few members while playing, sounds like they have a great community

Solid public course. Have recently trimmed back rough and barked around treelines which has been great

Great little course. Tim in the pro shop is a legend.regripped some clubs on the spot! Can get busy during school holidays.pick your time to play and enjoy!

One of the best value golf courses around. A bit shorter but I'll take whatever help I can get. Most importantly beers are reasonably priced.

Nice enough course, with a few interesting holes. Tree lined, the fairways are typical public course, the greens ran moderately fast but after recent rain were quite soft. The front nine is fairly short even off the blues, but there is a little more length on the back.
Worth a play if you want to fill in some hours on a weekday.

Loved the work the staff have put in considering the traffic (public patrons!). Must not be shortened with planned Warm water facility planned! **************************************

The traffic management people and the staff at the Covid testing facility were all great. Fast, friendly and efficient with quick PCR test results.
Didn't visit the golf course

It's not a bad course but needs some tender love and care along most tee's and greens. Otherwise, great location and good fees for a round of golf.
