Attended today with no appointment as my Land Rover was showing that the coolant level was low. I was greeted by Courtney when I attended who was absolutely amazing and very professional! Thank you Courtney for the great service!

Yesterday we had our Range Rover serviced staff very nice. BUT this morning went to use the wipers that were replaced and they are not fitted properly. Again every time we service the car I need to bring it back. Last time camera's not fixed, software issues. I am very disappointed and I will never be purchasing another Range Rover. Despite all the promises that get made when you purchase and spend over $160k you get the worst service experience. Pick up your game, check the vehicles before you hand them over to the customer. NOT hard to spend 5 mins to check that everything works. So I need to try fix it in the RAIN and I am not happy not one bit.

The most enjoyable experience I've had purchasing a vehicle in my 45 years of driving. The presentation of the vehicle at delivery of was exceptional. Patrick really did make made the entire buying process a pleasurable experience. I don't normally write reviews but the whole team at Brighton were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I don't normally go out of my way to write a review but had to share my dismal encounters with the service department. They have total disregard to the Land Rover Brand and should NOT represent them as they are tarnishing the brand. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT is a total circus. Obviously they are more interested in the money they charge you than the service provided. Charging you for a windscreen wiper that doesn't get replaced, key cover and battery that was not replaced, replacing a windscreen but not the rubber trim. Not only did they not replace the pillar with the rubber trim, they broke mine by breaking the bottom mount and still stuck it back on without letting me know. Photos show the missing bottom bracket. Rubber trim becomes loose flapping in the wind, and their reply was that it's due to the age of the vehicle. Seriously a 7year old evoke and after you replaced the windscreen it's quite normal for the rubber trim to come loose. No interest in correcting the issue, only interested in charging for a new trim. I'm totally flabbergasted that land rover build their vehicles to fall apart after 7 years especially when their service guys pulled them off to replace the windscreen.
Their customer support for their client is not their issue which leaves me wondering if the items we can't see are actually getting serviced or replaced. Will be looking for another land rover service dealer for my future services

The best experience I ever had buying a new car from order till pick up. Patrick great knowledge on Land Rover help me build my Defender how I wanted it and keep updating while waiting and help to set the car to be ready to drive when I picked up. Mel great help with the insurance and finalisation of purchased. I rang Alisha last min to do interior protection and she did it first class service great team I will no hesitate recommend Brighton Land Rover T Moonlao

Last week we took delivery of a new Defender from Brighton Land Rover. We have purchased many vehicles from BLR and as always the service was second to none. Both Patrick and Mel are very helpful and ensure the whole process very easy and enjoyable.

I had my first service at Brighton Land Rover today (14 July 2022). Hands down the best service I have ever had from any dealership. Harley, the Service Manager, and his crew, went "above & beyond" to make me feel valued and find & fix the (relatively minor) issues. Such a friendly team too.

This sort of completes a circle. I bought my Range Rover Sport there 12 months ago and that also was a pleasure. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Patrick Roberts, who is still there, was the Sales Exec. He too went above & beyond to make the deal happen. No issue or detail was too trivial for Patrick to chase down and resolve.

I went with the right team!

I have had the worst experience dealing with Rob Atkins, decided to pay expression of interest on a new Range Rover! Decided not to go ahead with it as the wait time is too long and advised Rob to refund my $5000 deposit and it’s been nearly 2 months after several emails and phone calls still no response.

That’s the worst experience dealing with them prior to booking - I would hate think how their dealing would be afterwards.

I would give them -5 stars for their customer service.

I just bought my Jaguar SVR from Brighton Land Rover and I experienced the best service ever, second to none. The team Patrick and Mel was amazing. They are very knowledgeable and also very helpful. Anything I needed help with they got back to me very promptly. I would recommend the Team at Brighton Land Rover to anyone! Thank you guys! You’ve done an amazing job. Keep up the good work! Cheers!

I only write down the facts, my car (Discovery4) got engine light on on high way and stopped working. Then been towed to Brighton Land rover, here's key point:
1) I have been waiting for my car back for more than 3 months.
2) First told me lower pressure pump need to replace, after replaced then told me high pressure pump need to replace.
3) I have been charged for more than 11KAU$ for fixing these.
4) After I got back my car for only 1 day, engine light on again.
5) Then about another 2 weeks, told me need to replace something else.
6) Then told me problem still there, then need to another diagnosis,I am scared it went back again like before.
7) Every time I have to call them to check the process, normally they will say will call you back, or someone will call you back, or I promise will call you back. But 9 out of 10, no one will call you back, you have to chase by your self again.
8) one day, I called them, they said will forward me to someone.then put my line in hold. Then I wait for more than half hour, then I decided to hold the line and drive to their shop, I found reception not on line at all, But my line still "On hold"!
9) Worst thing is, after all of this, my car is still not working properly, still in "restrict performance " mode.
I will never buy another land rover again. Especially from Brighton.

Customer service stops as soon as you hand over the money, below ordinary service, seems to stem from the top. Will be going back to ULR.

We bought a 2019 evoque brand new from this dealership and car was making a screeching horrible noise every time we reverse, after the sale was done the service we received was the worst ever you could imagine. Within the first month when we took the car back to the dealer we were told to take it to an empty car park and slam the break couple of times to break the dust off the break pads (what kind of advice is that?) since then for three years and still we have been messed around by these so-called prestige car dealers wasting our time (had to take the car in for about 10times) but did not managed to fix the issue, what a disgrace Range Rover is even the head office was hand balling the issue back to the dealer, we are a young couple that work hard and bought this car with our hard earned money and this car dealership shattered our dreams and conned us by not helping to fix the car.last time my wife spoken to this dealer they advised her that it is normal for the car to make such noise because of high performance breaks. Hope that every one in this dealership get what they deserve in life.

The team at Brighton Range Rover did me a huge favour a topped up my Ad Blue before a huge drive out into the desert. This is during a global supply shortage of urea, and they could easily have refused. Especially as I don’t service my car here. This shows a fantastic customer focussed attitude and that they will go out of their way to help. I’ll be servicing here in future!
