All sales people never worry about service once they got deposit than you will be wagging behind them. Shame on you guys.

Called them non stop for 2 days for a parts enquiry, and get put through to an answering machine. No call back.
Pretty bad customer service.

Great atmosphere, professional and lovely staff, they made it easy for us to get our car, big thanks to Sam, fantastic and professional person to deal with. Lovely team. Thanks again.

Never buy Jeep again. Canceling my RAM truck order too.its service dept is ridiculously bad. Promised me to change trim piece has bubbling issue in Jan 2023, and repaint chipped front fenders which was damaged by its technicians. Waited for 6 months, today I went there to pick up my 2021 rubicon, guess what? They changed wrong trim piece! And accusing me for damaging my own fenders. It’s body shop guy is so arrogant, said every Jeep has this paint issue and it’s from inside out. Of course they refused to honor what they’ve promised me. DO NOT buy JEEP.

We were in the market for a jeep and visited Brighton Jeep. It was really our first time buying a car ourselves. We bought a jeep last Saturday from Sam and was incredibly impressed with our experience. Sam was not pushy, knowledgable and answered all of our questions (we asked some questions multiple times). It was an incredibly relaxed experiance and not prestigious. We also dealt with Alana who couldn't have been more delightful to work with. The whole experience was super easy and from start to delivery. Would def recommend and highly enjoyed the experience.

Our service by the staff at Brighton Jeep could not be faulted. The Jeep Compass is my 3rd Jeep I have purchased from Brighton following Jeep Cherokees in Dec 2014 and in? (Declan, can you please have the records checked for when I bought my 1st Jeep and let me know) I cannot fault my Jeeps.

After numerous phone calls to dealer and salesman showing genuine interest in purchasing a car, I hardly received return calls to follow up my interest. Car is now at a reduced price… I have bought elsewhere.

We had a test drive of a used Jeep recently and while we decided in a different car in the end Stuart at Brighton Jeep was fantastic. He was easy to chat to, honest and helpful. He stayed in touch with us and kept us in the loop with the car we were interested in; checked in with how we were going with our car hunting and was great to deal with during our whole car-shopping experience. DO NOT BUY A JEEP FROM THEM! I bought a brand new Jeep from them 3 months ago. As soon as i got the car from the dealer I had the audio issue and got them fixed after seeing 3 times in the service Centre. This is not it, now my car doesn't even start when I stop at the traffic lights and I have to turn off my engine and wait for a few minutes in the middle of the road to make my car run again. I'm hopeless that this car will even pass 1 more year on the road. I tried contacting them several times before going public but they are just ignoring my Email and Phone calls.
Now I just got last hope to resolve my issue taking further action to consumer court.

Dealt with mostly Sam but Alana and Yasmin as well. Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish purchasing a RAM from the team.
