I had a great experience at Brighton Dermatology. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. I saw Francis Lai who is a great man and very knowledgeable.

Brighton Dermatology is a professional and friendly clinic. Their service is excellent. I have been a client of theirs for a few years and the standard of care that I have been given has been consistently high each time. I received discreet care that addressed my concerns and provided me with very pleasing results. The Doctors and nurses are brilliant, informative and go the extra step to provide the very best care. I couldn’t be happier with their service and highly recommend this clinic.

Could not recommend this clinic enough! Dr Sarah McDonald was fantastic. She saw our 8 month old for a stubborn eczema patch that had lingered for months and her treatment has fixed it in only 2 days! The reception team were extemely friendly and God sends for squeezing our baby in to see the doctor. Special thank you to Suzanne for your help, you are amazing!

Friendly staff who seem to like their work and care about their patients. They really helped clear my skin and offered me some advice on some problems before they got worse as they spotted some early signs. I’d highly recommend them to anyone. Lots of nearby parking which is handy.

Have been seeing Dr. Cowen for 30 years. Highly competent and professional. An extremely well run medical practice. All stuff are warm, friendly, organised and very helpful.

Waste of time, waste of money!
2 weeks ago I had my first consultation with DR Peter Cowen having 3 different skin problems, he gave me exact same medications my GP prescribed previously, 2 weeks after no improvement, he diagnosed all problems stress related!
$200+ and 2 weeks of my time -GONE-

Hello This is Aimee Stromeier, I want to thank the beautiful young Dr Sarah McDonald for taking such great care of all of mine and my sister Samantha ‘s Dermatology needs while she was a Dermatology Registrar at John Hunter Hospital here in Newcastle for a couple of years she was so caring and compassionate and made us all happy to see her each time she was very respectful it was so sad to loose her but we were very excited when she started as a consultant dermatologist at Sydney skin before her departure and moved back to Melbourne we will miss her very much, both of us (me and Samantha) have Netherton’s Syndrome a rare skin condition so it was good to have a Dermatology Registrar who was understanding and willing to help in the best way she could, I highly recommend her to all patients with different dermatological needs, Wish her and her family all the very best in their long term future and please come back to JHH one day for a visit, Take care and GoodLuck. ️ Aimee Stromeier (New Lambton) Newcastle NSW xxxccccc

I saw doctor cowen for my acne. He was very kind and helpful. Would be my first point of call for any future skin issues. Also the staff were very nice. Highly recommend
