Brightgreen

Have used Brightgreen lights at my house and they hum loudly. The follow up service to resolve the issue is a complete disgrace. The issue has been ongoing for two months and I cannot get any traction for resolution. Avoid them like the plague!

Designing my own home, I chose Brightgreen lights as innovators & creators of very smart light fittings. I am excited to see how Brightgreen Tru-Colour showcases the design.

I've been talking with Lara from sales for several months. It took some time to make my mind up about which down lights and which type. Lara was very prompt and informative every time I had another question. Coupled with delays in communication brought on with emergency Hospital visits for my ageing father and various other health issues with other family members, Lara was very patient and understanding. We now are in the process of replacing all our old downlights and enjoying the amazing difference.

Love Brightgreen‘s products especially the “Tru-Colour LED lights. There is nothing quite like it and Trevor was really helpful with any questions we had with an attention to detail on our project.

We have been Brightgreen customers since 2014 when we purchased the D900 Classic Curve LED downlights and the W200 Cube LED wall lights. Since then then we’ve purchased the CH15 Linear LED Clothes Hanging Rails, and just recently bought a further number of D900 Classic Curve LEDs. All of the lights we’ve installed have been trouble free. Yes they are at the expensive end of the market but we believe the quality justifies the expense. The colour rendering is excellent. The lights are low glare. The drivers work well with our dimmers to provide flicker free dimming. The lumen output to watts ratio was very good. The lights are rated IC4. The 7 year warranty gave us peace of mind. In our opinion, Brightgreen lights are outstanding products.

On the service front, we’ve found Brightgreen very helpful and friendly to deal with. Most recently, Lara has provided excellent advice, assistance and support. We will continue to keep going back to Brightgreen for our lighting needs.

We recently purchased 40 Tru-Colour downlights through Fernando at Brightgreen for a renovation project in Brighton. Prior to purchase, the advice from Fernando was passionate yet objective, demonstrating a real belief in the product. The process of ordering and delivery was very streamlined. The product quality is excellent and visually appealing and we are delighted with the illumination quality in every room and space. It was unexpected, but Fernando contacted me after installation to make sure we were happy with the product. Good old fashioned
service. I am sure architects and interior designers would responds to this high quality of both product and level of service.

We ordered the Tru-Colour as we had very specific requirements. Due to COVID there were issues with delivery but Robby ensured the whole process was as painless as possible and made sure we were kept informed and up-to-date re progress. I cannot recommend Robby more highly.

Brilliant quality lights from Brightgreen throughout our house. We were always on the lookout for high CRI and options were limited. Tru-colour delivers, there’s a notable difference from Brightgreen vs standard downlights.
Also great lighting design consultation with supporting documentation to work with our sparky. Lastly we had great customer service patiently working through all the options.

These lights are amazing, we chose the Tru-Colour D700 these this is the second home i have used the D700+ and wouldn't use anything else. They make everything in our hose pop and look alive! Also shout out to Robby who helped me get stock at the last minute!

We bought Brightgreen LED lights D700+ for our lounge room. The Tru-Colour technology works very well and makes everything in the room look better.

The D700+ lights dim smoothly and work well with our dimmer. We had problems with dimmers in the past, but these seem to work perfectly. No more flicker.

Customer service was very good - assistance with selection of the best LED light for our room and matching with a compatible light switch/dimmer

Very pleased with the service we have received from the initial contact through to the delivery. The lights are fantastic true colour, flicker free dimming and and with the smooth gimbal operation means we can set the angle to suit easily.
