Bright Renovations Dandenong South

Hi I bought a frameless 10mm glass shower cubicle of this business and was looked after very professionally. Product had to travel via Big post and TNT for 1200k’s, it arrived with a broken glass panel. I phoned Bright Renovations and spook to very nice and competent staff that where very helpful. They asked for photos to proof that it was still in the wrapping and on the pallet which I did and they responded positive straightaway and send a new panel three days later. The staff where all very understanding and helpful. Thanks very much and highly recommend this business.

Highly recommend Bright Renovations for Bathroom supplies. Great range of products, excellent customer service and advice. Din and the team kept me informed as to product supply, delivery and everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I definitely would not recommend Bright Renovations in Dandenong.
Bought a toilet for $799 that the plumber discovered does not fit, tried to return it for a full or partial refund. Refused any refund since original packaging was not available for 1 item out of 3.
Deal with a reputed company like Reece - I have returned items unused without the packaging and it is no issues for them.
Disappointed and will not recommend. No returns without a cardboard box?

They have loads of variation, and staff are very accommodating.
Their website is updated and easy to use.
Prices are reasonable and the products have good quality.

Excellent service with Ying, she helped me a lot during the bathroom renovation, from picking suitable products and after-sales services, I really satisfied with them.

The showroom was bright and inspiring and customer service was very good. I bought the wrong sized taps and they were very accomodating about letting me return them. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Purchased several items last year, there was slight issue with the shower hose after a year, contacted staff member of Bright Renovation, they arranged a new shower hose immediately and send to my address to replace.
