Bright 'n' Fresh

It's a shame the coffee is good because the staff attitude is bloody abysmal. Never a 'Hello', or 'Thank You'. All I had in my transaction today was 'That's 11'. Brighton ey? The image is of the worst quality toastie I have ever seen. Even my year old can do better. Can't remember if it was $6 or $6.50. Either way.it's poor that it's time to get coffee elsewhere.

Awful people, awful culture. Truly arrogant owners who believe they are above the customer.
And to the owner: if you think your 'witty' replies to one-star reviews make your business seem any better, you're incorrect and childish. Don't insult people because they don't like your service - simply improve your practices. You're not listening to constructive criticism because you're a stuck-up clown in your own little bubble. The only reason you're still in business is because of your proximity to the community and that's a guarantee.
You're not King Charles, you're a person that owns a low quality produce store.

The one star reviews speak for themselves. Consider their advice when coming here to shop. Take your money somewhere else more deserving. The little owner is unprofessional, rude and aggressive and has no respect for you as the customer.

I made an online order but never received the item as I live in Queensland and there was no way to find out it couldn't be delivered until I actually made the purchase and received an email. Because I had been charged, I called the shop and asked the shop assistant for a refund which I was said It could be done in a couple of days, after 3 weeks nothing happened, I call again and the girl on the phone, who didn't have a clue on how to talk to a customer, refers everything to her boss and after hearing him in the background complaining about the situation I was told the refund would have gone through in a couple of days which obviously never did and after trying to reach out twice and emailing them I decided to give up but honestly what a terrible customer service

A smorgasbord of wondrous Australian and European luxury foods but be prepared to burn your credit card. Cheap coffee is the other drawcard.

I was disappointed to witness poor and unprofessional behaviour from the owner of this place. I came in to get a smoothie and saw that he was yelling at one of the staff - it felt completely out of line, and it was not necessary. This created a very negative atmosphere during my visit. Knowing that the owner treats staff in this manner has really let me down.

Bright N Fresh has been my go to spot for years. They really do care about your health and whats best for you body. They deliver fresh and tasty meals at an affordable price. For anyone passing by, make sure to pop by as this may also become your go to spot!

Top notch quality fresh produce and gourmet products. The cheapest and tastiest coffee, juices and smoothies going around. Great family run business that’s become a Brighton favourite.

I like to shop local and don't own a car, so it was great to find an online store that offered free delivery near me. This is my first order from Bright 'n' Fresh, but certainly won't be my last. The veg etc turned up on time, and was delivered right to the doorstep, so I didn't have to struggle with the heavy stuff.

Really pleased with my fruit and veg Brighton home delivery. My online grocery delivery arrived promptly and everything was fresh and properly packaged. Bright n Fresh had managed to source everything on my list, and kept me updated on my order. Lovely selection of produce to choose from. Will definitely use again.

Great selection of Tasmanian products - scallop pies and Valhalla icecream, beautiful fruit and veg but the checkout staff are incredibly rude and disengaged

Just bought some vegetables and lasagne and bolg sauce to add extra on top was so delicious and the customer service there where so helpful and honest and wow was so very busy at the coffee and juice bar section will be coming back for sure $2.00 proper expresso coffee not $3.50 thank you guys

Disgusting human being the owner is, yelled at me in the shop after asking 1 question, said he would kill me next time he saw me. I will not go back for fear of my life. The fruit is terrible in the smoothies, and terrible attitudes.

I have always had a good experience here and like the diversity of products including gourmet and healthier option foods.
