A great place to stay, walking distance to town. Comfortable beds, great sized shower with awesome pressure. Staff are very friendly. Would comfortably stay there again.

Rooms are comfortable. Service is very professional and friendly. The location is awesome.

Great service and with the great amenities. A plus for EV vehicles with the Tesla home chargers (type 2,32amp) to accommodate for our Tesla.

Beautiful town and surrounding countryside. Unfortunately let down by some very unfriendly hospiality staff at several venues (I do not include the staff at the Bright Motor Inn. They were very courteous.)

The staff are friendly and helpfull.
Rooms are clean and tidy.
Plenty of room for parking and close walking distance to the shopping and pubs etc. Great budget friendly place for the family.

Clean room. No smart TV. Squeaky bed. Although got this room on very short notice, so was very welcoming. Walking distance to everything.

Hardest bed ever and sheets had some stains, loud fridge going all night long, hot water didn't last 5 minutes and left us having a cold shower, our room had 2 people but only 1 wash cloth was supplied, rooms not serviced due to Covid but no hand soap is supplied in the bathroom (just facial soap), if you open the blinds for light you immediately lose all privacy, payment terms stated balance was due on arrival and since I had arranged late arrival nobody informed me when I phoned about late arrival that the money would be randomly withdrawn from my account at their convenience, sign in the room said to leave towels outside if you want new ones and we never got any and the towel was still there upon checking out. I wanted to leave feedback at reception but it was closed at checkout time.
The heating was decent, great location, $155p/n. We wouldn't stay again, recommend outside of town where its cheaper.

Stayed 4 nights over Easter Break, nice and close walking distance to all the shops, Bright Brewery and resturaunts. Motel room was very clean and comfy bed, arrived earlier than expected and was greeted by Suzi who allowed check in. Definately will be back next time.

A group of us stayed at the BMI recently for two nights. I was in contact with Susie and Nick leading up to our stay as our numbers were changing, it was never too much trouble for them to keep changing our room numbers and were more than happy to help! Then when we got there (early and let us check in) they were just so helpful on local knowledge and where to go. We will be definitely be staying there next year!

Spent 5 nights there last week, lovely friendly young couple who made our stay a pleasure, helpful and accomodating, very close walking distance to the centre of town and the river walks/parks at the back entry to the motel, lovely modern rooms, quality linen, would stay here again without hesitation, thanks again from "the trikers"

Twowheeltours had a road cycling camp in Bright for four days. BMI was the perfect location to base ourselves. Close to the village for lunches and dinners, amazing helpful staff and comfortable rooms. We will be back. Many thanks.

Stayed here for a night after my car broke down. Lovely, clean, recently refurbished rooms. Outstanding and kind service.

Bad hot water facility. No room service. No floor mats or carpets and will charge you extra once you reach home as they got our card

Management are super friendly! Lovely clean and tidy rooms, excellent value for money, within walking distance to all you need in town and children's park. Highly recommend.
