Bridgestone Service Centre - Bendigo Tyres

Just called in today with a puncture & Philip looked after me straight away, fantastic service, even better price & l was back on the road within 30 minutes

If I could select zero stars I would….
Their calibration machines must be out. Spent 750 on tires and got a wheel alignment. Missed one service and went back for the third and had to buy two new tires because one rear tire was dangerously close to blowing out. ONE tire. Had to fork out for more rear tires to which they discounted (which indicates fault). This could have caused a serious accident but Bridgestone are denying blame, even after we’ve had two other checks done on our vehicle and both said the wheel alignment was way out Bridgestone are still denying culpability. STAY SAFE AND DON’T BUY YOUR TIRES FROM HERE!

Still as great as before. Wayne provided great service, guy in the workshop great workmannship. Highly recommend.

I bought Bridgestone tyres with free service for 1 year.
I spoke to Wayne to make an appointment.
He was very pleasant.
Friendly and warm welcome.
I was able to wait for car to be done.good service.
Then I had to book a second service about 2 months later.
Spoke to Wayne again.very friendly.i was able to drive to the shop right away.
Guys took car in and serviced it.
20mins later I was on my way again.
I can not praise the customer service enough.
Just excellent.highly recommend Wayne.
My tip: rather spend a few dollars more, and have a great product and customer service.

Wayne and the team diagnosed a problem that my vehicle had suffered from for a long time and fixed it. Something others in this town, and elsewhere, could not do. They will get all of my tyre work from now on. AAA+
