Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto - Vermont

Stratis and Andrew were very easy to deal with, provided great pre-service communications and were prompt in completing the work. As a small local business owner myself, I really valued their service and I'm glad I supported them. Highly recommended.

I recently had some work done on my car at Vermont Bridgestone Select and I must say I am extremely happy with the final outcome. The staff and the manager Stratis were amazing and very informative. They answered all my questions and concerns. So 'THANKYOU' Bridgestone Vermont for providing such exceptional service. I will definitely come back for my next service and recommend this particular branch to my friends.

Went to get a wheel alignment done as instructed by Panel Beater after repair. Panel Beater only willing to pay for rear alignment, I offered to pay for the front. Asked for a copy of the report, Bridgestone Vermont said the report is for Panel Beater, not me. Asked for a copy, they said machine can't print one. They asked me to take a photo on my phone. 1/2 hour later, called Bridgestone HQ to ask Vermont to email me a copy, Vermont claim to already have sent report to Panel Beater. Called Panel Beater, they have not received anything. Don't know who's telling the truth. Pretty poor service from Vermont. Avoid and go to other Bridgestone franchises. Been to Knox and they are sweet.

Cannot ask for more, prompt service, no fuss, just did the job. How I like it.

Not being over knowledgeable on pricing, it did feel fair.

I visited on 15.12.2021, i was told not to wait in the reception due to requirements related to covid, when i came back i saw a customer waiting in the reception, different rules for different people.shockingly after my car tyres were fixed, it was parked on the nature strip for quite sometime! As per the council, it's illegal to park on the nature strip.

Stratis and team provided my car with a full service, I was very happy with the professional advice and service. Stratis was timely and communicated well and best of all the works were carried out at a very reasonable cost. I would return and highly recommend.

I trust him implicitly and now, my adult son is a happy customer who travels from Kensington to Vermont to service his car. That’s how good Stratis is.

In addition, I recently had the most extraordinary customer service experience.

I had damage to a tyre and Stratis took the time to lodge a claim with Bridgestone because the tyre had a warranty!

Stratis took the time to complete the paperwork, take photos of the tyre, lodge the claim, and pass the savings onto me with a greatly reduced cost for a replacement tyre.

This happened during the worst time of the pandemic, when ALL business was really slow.

Another mechanic would probably have ripped me off and not have passed the savings onto me, at a time when all of my work had ceased due to Covid.
I cannot speak highly enough of Stratis and his team.

They go the extra mile and I am grateful.

Went in today to get a full service, Stratis was extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He provided a timely and professional service, a true gentleman! Really appreciate the help and not being ripped off!

Beware! Very rude and arrogant owner. Had 4 new tyres installed and noticed that the car was shaking at freeway speeds (>100km/hr). Took it back for a second balance with no success. Afterwards, I inspected each wheel and noticed that there were no new weights, only the originals that had not been touched. I voiced my concern with the owner but he was very dismissive and told me that they definitely balanced it and that "there is something wrong with your car" despite the problem not being there before the tyre change. I reached out to the Knox franchise and they agreed to take my car for a test drive. They confirmed the issue and re-checked my wheels. Turns out that ALL FOUR WHEELS were unbalanced. They balanced the wheels for me free of charge and the problem was fixed. Never coming back to the Vermont franchise again.

Such a rude and arrogant owner named stratis. Scratched my wheels pretty badly and being smart after that for covering it up when i complained with the proof. Beware of him.

I went with one of my mates, he has booking for his tyres replacement. They were very unprofessional, rude. Mistakes happened but this doesn’t mean you try to hide it and when we showed them the proofs with picture his exact statement was “ mate don’t start again, I’m not in mood “ like seriously.
