Worst service experience, didn’t change engine oil properly, didn’t identify transferring oil leaking, caused bearing issues. Definitely avoid everyone!

Brett and the team were lovely and prompt. I came in on short notice with a punctured tyre and they found time to fit me into their busy schedule to patch it up! A pleasure to come see them and get the issue resolved easily.

I recently booked a 3 month tyre maintenance check.
Brett booked me in with short (next day) notice as I was planning a trip to Horsham.
The work was performed on time & Gary repaired a puncture without a fuss. He was worried with the current shop renovations it would be disruptive to his customers.
These guys really care and they offer a customer service others should benchmark off.

It was very nice of the staff in this shop to carefully check the tires for me. Because there was no problem in the inspection, they did not charge any fees. I will go to this shop when I need to change the tires in the future.

I got a tyre puncture fixed in less than 5 minutes today. I went on Thursday and the place was fully booked till Saturday. However, Brett was good enough to give me one slot at 8am Friday which was the only possible time and I booked it immediately and went there at 8am today, within few minutes the tyre puncture was fixed and was ready to go. I was surprised by the quick turnaround time and excellent customer service by Brett and the team. Appreciate the positive attitude and customer service of Brett. These guys are 200% efficient and I will be a loyal customer from today onwards. Keep up the good work guys!

Needed 4 tyres urgently to get back to Adelaide, Brett sourced, low availability tyres. Booked appoint for 1: 30 next day. Turned up 12 noon, tyres in and they fit me in early, with a wheel alignment. On the road 1 hr later. Thanks Brett and staff, went well beyond expectations.

I am just very impressed with Brett's professional timely service and Bridgestone's warranty. I got a flat tyre 3 days ago on Thursday. The tyres were pretty new and replaced by the other Bridgestone Select Oakleigh retail shop about one or two months ago. I was happily told by the manager Brett at Glen Waverly shop that the flat tyre couldn't be repaired and he could replace it free of charge as it is still within warranty. This was just beyond my expectation. Brett ordered a new tyre and next day replaced the old tyre with the new one in about 15 mins after he finished the other job before me.

This morning I had my punctured tire fixed by the company. Excellent service by the manager Brett. The tire was fixed speedily and well by the staff members. Very impressed and thank you. I would highly recommend the company.

I went to their business to look at the seat mechanism of drivers seat as the same was stuck. I was told by Brett that a small piece of cleaning cloth was stuck. Was advised that the entire seat mechanism would have to be dismantled & then put back together. It would be 4 hours labour @$ 110 per hour. I chose to go to another mechanic who was able to remove the cloth in less than 5 minutes & didn’t even charge me. This has been a very disappointing experience for me & they have lost a loyal customer.

Gary at Bridgestone Glen Waverley was fantastic. I had my car tyres replaced and in need of a loan car to get to work. He was offering his Ute as the actual loan car was unavailable. Always provide above and beyond customer service. Highly recommended!

Gary and Brett saved the day. Needed tyres for the family car and they delivered as usual. I've been getting my Silva 200SX serviced here for over 5 years and had RE003 fitted a few years back. Never misses a beat and the tyres are great. Plus they also take care of the servicing for the family car (Berlina). Book ahead, they are often busy but they bend over backwards to help with great service and honest advice. Bridgestone Aust should give these guys some recognition!

I got my tires replaced from Bridestone Glen Waverley in somewhere around April 2021, the service was absolutely efficient, friendly and well above any other standard tire centre at a very reasonable pricing too. Then unfortunately got one tire requiring a puncture and took it back on a Friday afternoon in June 2021, which was fixed in less than 10 minutes!

These guys are professional and offer a tremendous service. I wish I got to know this place way earlier as it would have avoided so much of my car tire problems and glad I at least now got to know this place. I have already recommended my colleagues and many others as the owner and the staff are doing a wonderful job, thanks so much for making my tough life easier Bridgestone Glen Waverley!
