Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto

I am a regular customer here and have serviced my car many times in the past. They used to be good and caring, however today I felt let down and cheated.
Todays service cost me 370 and all they did was an oil change, replaced a globe and So called safety inspection.
I was charged 1.5 hours labour.safety inspection was that I need my tyres replaced and a bush to be replaced. I mean 370 for that is a bit steep.
I am definitely not going back

Purchased 4 brand new All-terrain tyres for my 4WD from this store last year and I just got my 10,000km tyre service/rotation done today. The service was excellent. Justin did a great job within a reasonable time. Beth Lawrie who finalised everything, meticulously explained to me about my concerns regarding a wheel alignment issue etc. Many Thanks to all @ Bridgestone select Rowville.

Poor customer service, paid over $1600 for new tyres, didn’t even bother to clean the mags and tyres marks all over the place. Tyre sensor is not working now and they don’t take any responsibility, telling me to take it back to Ford to fix it.

Never had bad service at my local Bridgestone dealer. Dennis was extremely helpful, walked me thru their products and spent time, carefully checking my wife's car. Highly recommended. Will be going back for all my tyre needs. A+

Great experience they fixed a slow leak in one of my tyres and even showed me via a video the exact issue. Great customer service and the pricing was good too

A few weeks ago I had cut my tyre and urgently needed it replaced as I use my car regularly for work. I was contacting plenty of companies that sell tyres (even the company that services my car) and they were all really unhelpful. As soon as I got in touch with Bridgestone Rowville - the headaches instantly went away! Debbie's service was second-to-none and there was a young female mechanic (wish I remembered her name!) who was excellent to speak with and very professional. Definitely will be coming here in the future for all my tyre needs. Thanks again!

Was a happy returning customer until my vehicle went in for an oil change & the car came back to me leaking huge amounts of oil. The sump plug wasn't done up properly. The owner was very rude & not willing to help rectify the situation. Will NOT be returning!

My steering was vibrating stuart gave me an appt next day though they could have checked it immediately because finally it was found to be loose drive shaft! - a safety issue! Anyway they did it right charged the right amount very affordable and correct diagnosis! Will go again.all mechanics should make a note to check some vehicles immediately dont always give an appointment!

The team at Bridgestone have always been professional and courteous, today I broke down and they were only too happy to fix the issue.

These guys not only offer great prices, they actually care and help you extend the life of your tyres. A+

Receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone and staff were amazing. Within 10 minutes had a detailed video of my tyres and wheel parts explaining everything, very much appreciated as I have no knowledge! 4 new tyres and wheel alignment in 1 hour having booked only 3 hours prior. Also happily accommodated me and my dog in the waiting room! Thank you!
