I dropped in to get a puncher repair and was told that I needed a brand new tyre at a cost of $265. NOW.you have lost my business and any other business in the future.

PS took the tyre to another another tyre shop around the corner, and they fixed it for $35.

Great customer service.
They sent me videos and photos of everything they suggested needed fixing, so I could see it was true. Thoroughly provided explanation and prioritised things that were urgent.

Danny was excellent to deal with and it was a smooth process

Always amazing service everytime I go had a huge engine failure recently they provided a walk through video showing the internal failure and faults to give me a better understanding, also found me a second hand engine to replace it. Can't go wrong using this bridgestone I will always recommend them.

I cant believe how the boys at Bridgestone pakenham went out of there way to get me back on the road, they where closing the doors and seen that i was stranded and thats all it took, they fixed my car for me then and there, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had a wheel alignment done and I had less issues with my car before taking it to them
Also they left the tie rod bolt loose so could of been a very dangerous situation

Very impatient and unprofessional staff. Did not ask if I need wheel alignment and only billed me when the job is done. If ask too many question staff just go mad.perhaps they need to train there staff to be more polite and understandable. Put someone at the front desk who can understand what their customer want. Highly disappointed with the service and now I have to rotate the tyre myself despite pay them for the service.
Will never go back to this service center again.: (

Went to bridgestone as my car was flat even my husband put air on it, thought something is wrong. But they checked my car put air and said car is okay nothing wrong. The best part is, they did not charged me a cent for it.

Extremely happy with the service here. I damaged my tyre & needed a new one. They fit me in right away and assessed my other tyres. They could have easily told me i needed all new ones (i know nothing about cars, so it would have worked) but they were honest with me & after checking them all let me know I just needed the one replaced.
It was refreshing to not be made to feel like an idiot! I will definitely be returning (hopefully not too soon) for all my tyre needs in the future.

Walked into Bridgestone at Pakenham with some emergency stripped lug removals and retreading of studs, boys did it with a huge previous workload and in awesome time - literally life savers. Can't thank the team enough!

Would come back and will reccomend to all my friends and family.
