Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto - Mentone

Had a tyre fixed from a puncture. Within 24 hours that same tyre was flat. When I took my car back they then said there was another puncture (what are the odds of a 2nd puncture literally the next day?). They then said they couldn't work on any tyre because they're older than 5 years and needed to replace all 4 tyres. They then sold me the "top of the line tyres" for $700. I absolutely do not trust these people. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Do not go here! Sham on you trying to con a woman! Worst service ever. The tried to tell me that my puncture was unfixable and my other tyres were unroadworthy! Then proceeded to tell me to it will cost $800 to proceed. So rude. I just needed a puncture repair! So I went to another dealer and they mended the un mendable tyre in very fast time with no up sell and no taking advantage of me being a woman.

Consistent, outstanding customer service by Clint and team here over the years. Always obliging and make you feel as though nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend!

Fantastic friendly service. Took my daughter's punctured tyre in to be repaired/replaced after the Easter looong weekend (so they were super busy) but still got it all sorted promptly. Big thumbs up.

I went in for a puncture repair and left my car with them to complete this. While I was out they rang me and told me there was 2 punctures and they would have to charge me for the two which were in the same tyre. They did not provide me with any evidence of the two alleged punctures. The guy treated me in a condecending way as if I was a female with no clue and I believe he was just out to make an extra dollar and rip me off. If there was legitimately 2 punctures they would have provided evidence.

Great service, as it is meant to be. Tell them problem, they tell you they can sort it. Give them Key, after a short wait they give you the car back fixed. Smart Simple Service!

Never ever visit this shop again. Scratched my wheel, and accepted while I noticed. I will not recommend anyone to go here because they give poor quality auto service and too many excuses when you ask about their services.

When I had my new wheels put in when I came with my dad, they were excellent. When I came in for the free 2 year service of those tyres by myself (a female), they tried getting me to put new tyres on because my new ones were already wearing out. This isn't the case, my tyres were not worn, they still aren't worn. I can't help but feel they were trying to get money out of me because I looked inexperienced about my car.

Clint and his team came highly recommended and I wasn't disappointed. They were efficient, affordable and very friendly. I had four new tyres put on and a wheel alignment and balance done. My car feels so much better to drive. Extremely happy.
