I got a puncture in my tyre in my new car, I took it in to get fixed and the man who fixed it was amazing, so kind and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

Andrew at Bridgestone Sunbury did a fantastic job, had a punctured tyre on New Year’s Eve called and got us in straight away. Andrew was super friendly and easy to get along with made us feel very welcomed at the store hope his being paid well for his amazing work ethic.

Went above and beyond in quickly getting in a new tyre and, having found that they had been given the wrong tyre info, went and got the correct one.

Called in a today - 8th November 2022 - due to a rear tyre being busted. Andrew was very helpful with getting me back on the road, and was able to fit a new set of tyres same day (he also mentioned I was lucky they happened to have what I required in stock and on hand).
I need my car for work, and although he was fairly booked, he still added pressure on himself to accomodate me.
I’m very grateful, being a repeat customer todays experience has further reinforced that I will continue as a customer here in future.

On my last visit, picking up a repaired puncture tyre, I asked because of my broken ankle if they could please replace it back on the car, which they did promptly and at no charge which was a nice thing to do. Thanks

Just recently had my Tires changed here excellent customer service was done in a fast and efficient manner Andrew who changed my tires did a good job of making me feel comfortable and satisfied with the purchase that I had made will be conducting all future business for my car here.

Day off work some how drove over nails into both wheals. Worried about how I would get to work the next day encase they needed changing. Contacted these guys and Andrew helped me. Andrew went above and beyond with genuine level of care. I have not seen this level of genuine caring customer service in years! So much so, Andrew asked about where my vehicle gets serviced and I had no idea that Bridgestone could service my vehicle to the log book standards so I have made a booking as well to get my vehicle serviced here. Well done guys on employing someone who models the Bridgestone ethics absolutely awesome. Andrew thank you again and see you soon for my vehicle service, cheers.

I spoke with Patrick and requested he fit two 185/75/14 tyres, the same that was on the rims. I told him it was for a RWC.
I was supplied 175/65/14. I was charged $240 for the two tyres. The car went for its second test, but failed as the tyres were incorrect for the car. I called Patrick and asked if he could fit the correct tyres but was told by Patrick I'd have to pay for the new tyres and no refund would be provided as apparently this is bridgestones policy!
I have spoken with Bridgestone head office and apparently this isn't correct
I'm not one to leave a bad review but this time it's required.

Great Service. They fixed issues with the car that nobody else would touch at at reasonable price. Tire service also also great. Website is the best, online booking and seach by rego for new tires. Highly recommended.
