Been using Bridgestone in Frankston for years just moved to Clayton rang up Bridgestone Cheltenham got new tyres and front and rear wheel aliment was only charged for the front as the rear wasn’t out much. Job done i. 45 minutes. Super friendly answered all my questions and got great advice. A massive thanks to Shane what a awesome bloke.

These guys are amazing. They treated me like a King and helped out with other major Issue of my car for free. I will recommend them also via my global Radio Network, as good people are these days hard to find.

Rang first thing in the morning about a nail in the tyre. Shane at Bridgestone, was amazing he said they were busy today but if I came first thing he would fit me in first up. I then asked his opinion about getting new 2 front tyres, he gave me his honest opinion and stated I have another 10000km, when he could of easily said yep you need two new tyres. Great customer service from Shane, good experience.

Recently voted with my feet from another tyre store and found Bridgestone Cheltenham to be helpful, friendly and able to listen to what I needed. Shane at the counter could not be more helpful and gave me some options and prices. I ended up with really nice new tyres, with re-aligned wheels. Car drives like new. Just waiting on the free Weber BBQ that was part of the deal. Recommend. Paul

Recently I needed new tyres for my car. My regular Bridgestone Select store that has always been great is Frankston, but they were having delivery problems with the tyres so they referred me to this Bridgestone Select store which did have stock. Unfortunately that was a bad experience.
As I drove away with the new tyres I felt a slight thumping and then when speed reached 80kph on the freeway there was a noticeable vibration in the front. I took it back and they quickly drove the car around the block, despite my description of the problem being more noticeable at higher speed, and advised that they couldn't notice any problem. I asked them to take the car out on the freeway but they said they were too busy. I wasn't local to them so they suggested I take it to Bridgestone select Frankston. I thought that was strange because these are independent franchises, but seeing they wouldn't help any further I took the car home. The next day while driving there was a clear repetitive rubbing sound coming from the rear. It so happened that I had a service booked at my car dealer for the following day and asked them to check what the cause may be. They quickly discovered that 4 of the wheel nuts on one rear wheel were loose and one nut was missing - possibly having fallen off in the short time I was driving!
I can't imaging the consequences of the wheel coming off at 100kph on the freeway. The following day I took the car to Bridgestone Select Frankston who also found that the vibration in the front was due to an incorrectly balanced wheel. After re-balancing the wheels (free of charge - thanks so much Josh), the vibration was gone.
You can guess why I would prefer to leave a zero star review but the system won't let me.

They made me wait for an hour and then charged me $20 to pump up the tyres on my motor home (I had an appointment).

I've got several vehicles and will never go to Bidgestone Cheltenham again. What a rip off!

I needed to put 65psi in the tyres which is not possible at a service station so I needed help help

Booked in the day before to have two new tyres fitted. The service from the team was spot on and the car was ready to go at the agreed time. I'll go back for sure.

2nd time I’ve used this store and on both occasions the service was first class and more importantly the customer interaction was well above my expectations. Hopefully I won’t need to go there again for a while, but should I have a need to do so, they will be the first store I will go to.

I'm not usually someone who writes reviews, but when I get such fantastic service I think it's important.
Booked it in yesterday for tyres and a brake shudder. Shane and the guys sourced and replaced four tyres, performed an alignment and replaced front rotors and pads. Still had it back to me by the end of the day which was a great effort considering the parts are not easy to get for this car. Price was excellent and their communication first rate. Nice to be able to recommend someone.

Got a wheel and tyre package here from Chris. Really pleased with it, I told Chris the image I had in my head about how I wanted the car to look and he nailed it. Very quick turnaround, no nonsense, no surprises come bill-time. Shane was great when picking up the car. Being from the industry, I also know I got a pretty good price on everything.

Real credit to Shane and the crew at Bridgestone select Cheltenham for fixing my puncher quick first thing in the morning at such a busy time of year.highly recommend.

Very disappointed. Trouble I went in with was STILL there when I picked up the car. I kept getting told 'give me a few days' After taking it to another mechanic I discover the air filter, which should have been looked at with a standard service, needed to be replaced. New mechanic did this as SOON as I took it in (same day service) and charged me a discounted rate. The initial problem has been rectified.
I recommend going to someone else other than this business, unless you are a fan of being strung along.

They r honest professional people working 4 us and 100% the team are the best don't matter if you have a commadore or BMW I reckon mend and u never go anywhere else.
