Great service, rang up to get a new set of tyres, they had them in by early afternoon, I was out in plenty of time.

The team here provide really good service and product, I have used them for the last 5 years and have been very impressed with the communication and follow up on tyre servicing.

These guys were boss.

Super quick and efficient, sourced and replaced a tyre from another location same day, and proactively sought the lowest online price and price matched it for me without asking. Literally half the price quoted by the local Beaurepaires, who also claimed the tyre didn't have stock anywhere in VIC or NSW.

Would definitely recommend Donnellans The Tyremen (the underlying business for this Bridgestone) any day of the week. Tom will sort you out, thanks Tom!

Terrific service today with this company. Found a big nail embedded in my tyre. Got in quickly so could check the damage (luckily none) professional and courteous staff snd back on the road under an hour!

Tom and his team were amazing.

I bought the 4 tires initially and ended up refunding these in favour of a single tire change, Tom worked with me to cancel my purchase and checked in throughout to ensure it was properly refunded.

When dropped the car off Tom realised I had purchased the wrong tire model, ended up ordering it on the same day for me and gave me time to come back in the afternoon. Did just that, took less than 15 minutes:)

Overall, stellar service, would definitely recommend!

The team at Bridgestone was professional, quick and efficient. I came in with a puncture in one of my tires. They attended to the job as soon as they were available. First time I ever had this situation so I was hoping it would of been repairable but accepted if the tire needed to be replaced. Tire ended up being repairable costing $35.
Really happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend.

Upon my on time arrival at my 10: 30am booking for replacing two tyres, I got told bluntly to find a on street parking nearby. When I brought my car key in, the same staff with a rude attitude told me there's a 1-2hours wait.
Understanding It's been a few hot days but the customer service at this shop is horrendous, including the manager/shop owner.

I think Port Melbourne franchise should be a better alternative for my next visit!

Above was written at 12pm.

I was waiting for one and a half hour in a cafe nearby but there's still no phone call as promised when the job is done so I decided to head back if the job is yet finished.

It's 35 degree celsius day with strong UV so i put the windscreen sun shade on when I left the car.

The worst part of my experience today are:

1. The job is finished upon my return but there is never any contact/phone call to me as promised.

2. My car was left back on the same spot on Johnston street WITHOUT the windscreen sun shade on so the car was scorching hot.

3. The staff left my car in 1st gear and my car was parked very close behind an UTE equipped with a tow bar ball mount where I nearly hit it when I released the clutch after i started the car.

This is the customer service of this particular franchise of Bridgestone select and where is the scrutiny of the service level of their franchisee from Bridgestone SELECT?

It came to my attention that I did hit the tow bar ball mount of the UTE in front when my car was stalled from launching forward. Attached the photo of where about my Rego plate got dented by the ball mount.

HOW SINISTER WILL A PERSON BE IF THIS IS PREMEDITATED.

My advice for driver who still want to bring their cars in to Bridgestone Collingwood will be:

PLEASE CHECK BOTH INTERIOR & EXTERIOR OF YOUR CAR CAREFULLY BEFORE AND AFTER THEIR STAFFS TOUCHED YOUR CAR.

Also make sure you spare at least half a day from your booking time for their horrendous customer service!

Tom is a really nice guy who helped us fit a spare tyre on our car. Did not find reasons to rip us off. Will definitely be coming here to get new tyres as well recommending the place to my friends.

Directed by Porsche as they couldn’t fit car in for urgent wheel align on trip from Tasmania to Sydney / Tom and the technician were very helpful and the technician was not only friendly and happy to explain problems with my cross-eyed 911 but also a proper Porsche expert and I couldn’t be happier / recommend anyone to use them

Outstanding service from the guys here, especially Tom. He stayed back late after work to help me with an emergency flat tire repair. Legendary bloke! Highly recommend

I am so happy and exceptionally satisfied with the service provided by Mr. Tom Donnellans in Collingwood. He seemed to be a very kind gentleman and he went above and beyond my expectations in getting new tyres fixed for my car.

The transaction went so smooth and hassle free, and most importantly one can trust his expertise and words in terms of product, pricing and quality. Very honest with on tyres. Before I went to them somebody was trying to charge me way over the price and trying to make me get all these extra things. At Bridgestone they were accomodating, honest and very helpful. Thank you!
