It was great dealing with Ryan at Bridgestone Select in Wantirna. Ryan, his son and the rest of the crew there were able to promptly sort me out with new RE003's along with balancing and disposing my old tyres. They were very friendly and helped me sort out fitment issues I had with rims purchased from a mate.

I was recommended by my daughter. Zac and the team are very professional and honest with their service. I was offered a loan car which was very convenient.

Excellent customer service. Came to them with a wheel balance issue after getting 4 new tyres installed from another franchise (Seems they didn't even bother balancing at all). The owner of the Knox franchise came for a drive with me and quickly confirmed my suspicions of the wheels being unbalanced. He then re-balanced all four wheels for me free of charge and problem was solved! Will definitely be going back here again.

No over-charging or unnecessarily complicated mechanical diagnoses here.

Combined experience between mechanics is probably more than 50 years - so they do this job because they love it, and because good cars are their passion!

Professional and friendly staff, recommended options for tyre replacement at a fair price and car fitted on the spot.

Went there to get a tyre patched. Was told that there was another puncture in another tyre, and they had patched it as well, and was charged for the work. Strange that they checked my other tyres when I never told them to do so. They should have called to inform before proceeding with the work. Not going back again.
