Extremely UnProfessional,
Customer service is below zero!

"My recent a few visits experience to the 141 Bridge Street Clinic, unfortunately, I found the experience to be subpar. The customer service was lackluster at best, and the doctor appointment management was very poor.

I was extremely disappointed to find that patients are never seen on time, and I always had to wait twice as long as expected to see the doctor. It seems that the clinic doesn't value their patients' time, and this made the experience very frustrating.

In addition, the customer service was not up to par. I found the staff to be unhelpful and unfriendly, which made the experience all the more unpleasant. It seems that the clinic has a long way to go when it comes to customer service.

Overall, I would not recommend the 141 Bridge Street Clinic to anyone looking for a doctor's appointment. The poor doctor appointment management and lackluster customer service made for a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. "

The receptionist is so so racist and rude. Even if u say excuse she will straightaway cut you off, but she is amazing with Aussies.
Y would u choose a job like this if you can’t stand any other nationality.
We waited 2 hours even though we had an appointment and patients after me were called first. If you ask anything receptionist seem to have a heart attack.

Always good experience and thorough. The receptionist that’s been there for years is very efficient and kind. Had a breast lump last year my Dr rang and made an appointment for me. Also he advised to never rely on just mammograms and also booked me in for an ultrasound. It was the ultrasound that led to a biopsy the mammogram didn’t pick up the lump. Sue

Rude receptionist, I entered the clinic without a face mask.she aggressively asked me to put a face mask on, I went out to grab one from the car to discover that she is not wearing her mask properly and her nose is not covered. I confronted her and asked her to put her mask properly. She asked me to behave or go to another clinic. After finishing my pathology, I came out to see her chatting and joking with a patient who was not wearing a mask. I confronted both as she was very rude and selective.

Awful. Rude and the poorest customer service you can imagine. I work locally and happy to pay full
price for the convenience but I’d rather take a morning off work and go to my local. Won’t be back.

Worst doctors in Melbourne. For 4 Years I asked for tests because of lower back pain and they were too lazy to send me for tests. I went to a new Doctor who did the tests and found out my bones were not fused together, putting me at risk of being crippled. A friend went there was told there was was nothing wrong with her and she had Breast Cancer Avoid this surgery like the plague. They are only interested in work cover patients for the MONEY! Rude receptionists also.

I just called - as I need what they do - 'friendly and helpful' are not the words I would use to describe their service.

Attended for pathology in July 2020. Unfortunately Pathology wouldn't print out my emailed forms, and the receptionist of the clinic refused to assist (whilst sitting next to a printer). Sent me off to the local library, which is unfort closed. Really unhelpful

Been going for 11 years always helpful given the popularity & pressure the clinic is under. Doctors knowledge is excellent & have always had good diagnosis & satisfactory outcomes.

Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time, unless you are going for a work physical, from a commercial company, I have been familiar with Bridge street for 40 years, Staff are extremely rude, arrogant and condersending, especially over the phone, They do not care about loyal patients, elderly, regulars, appointments or people in the waiting room with chronic pain, One example, an 84 year old local was mugged and had obvious facial injuries, was left waiting over 2 hours with her daughter, then left without treatment, If you care for yourself or a loved oneo try other clinics in the area, The couple of good doctors that are actually at this clinic are off on break 90 percent of the time anyway, Also states on website, priority given to workplace health assessments and work injuries, So all about the dollar

Went in to ask politely how long until my dad has until he is leaving and they said about 40 minutes until he is out and the staff was just really rude about it. I was waiting in the car for 45 minutes to a hour before I went in and when I did, they told me that he had just taken him in, his appointment was at 12: 30

I've been coming here yearly for Aviation medicals. I can honestly say the staff here are efficient, friendly and well organised. Getting an appointment at late notice has never been an issue, and it's well-priced compared to other practices offering the same services (blood-test, audiogram, ECG etc.).

Despite having an appointment I have always had to wait for an hour or more. I'm currently watching people who came after me go in before me.

The reception staff seem to be going through the motions. I've never felt welcomed or cared for. Despite being friendly myself I haven't received the same in return.

The Doctors seem capable and knowledgeable.

The X-ray machine seems very old and could use updating. The guy who uses the machine is friendly and considerate.

The physio is good.

Unfortunately it took 2 hours to see the doctor here but on the positive side I got all the shots I came for!

Agree with above comment. Do no attend this clinic they are really third world type clinic. Waiting people for long.one dooctor don't know about the another already did the check up and start check up from first step. X-ray guy is very rud to people.

I was unwell and rang them up hoping to book an appointment to see a doc. The lady told me that they were fully booked today and tomorrow. I asked if I could walk in, she said the wait would be too long and the docs would be too busy to see me! I hung up.
I will never go to them again.

Staff are rude and incompetent. Waited one week for an apointment to be told on the day they lost the record and made no effort to fit me in. Also attempted to make an appointment twice previously, but greeted with rude staff. Stay away.

Had to have a medical to work for AusPost. Spent more than an hour waiting past my appointment time with no explanation. Spent most of my time there wondering if I had been forgotten. Would not wish a visit to this clinic on my enemies.

When I questioned the waiting time I was told that I should expect to wait an hour and a half for my medical. Perhaps if they lead with that instead of making me waitp I could have rescheduled for a day which I could spare such a long duration.

My partner (adam ferman) had an appointment for today at 4.00 today (28/12) however when he attended at 3.45 pm the clinic was closed and no doctors cars were there. What poor service. Why wasn't he notified? He is not a well man and now he feels neglected.
