Explained the disastrous situation I was in and they went over and beyond to not only help me on the spot but work within my budget and wasn't rushed at all. Was given so many options. They took the time to make sure I was happy. Thank you ladies, I cannot wait to wear my dress. Best customer service I've ever had anywhere!

Terrible customer service. Rude and inconsiderate staff. Was essentially led out the door when they considered our personal budget for a wedding dress was too low for their business. Would not recommend for any bride.

I had an amazing experience at Brides of Melbourne, Essendon. I had my eyes set on a dress and Eleanor did everything she could for me to get my dream dress with such short notice! She ordered it from another Brides of Melbourne store and was super helpful and honest with me. I also dealt with another staff member who was just as amazing.

I had a great experience at Brides of Melbourne. The service was really good. Anne was absolutely amazing and genuine with helping me find my dream dress.

Helpful when looking for wedding gowns but when my fiance rented a suit they couldnt figure out who had paid the deposit.

Great customer service turned up without appointment as I didn't know I needed one. But the staff were happy to fit me in. Great choices available.

Nice variety but the return policy is absolute bogus. I had to return the wedding dress I purchased from Brides of Melbourne 6 months after purchasing it. Brand new, still had tags, hadn't been tried on, it hadn't even left the store! I got half back half what I paid. Extremely disappointed and the staff messed me around when completing the refund.
