Went in yesterday to look for my wedding dress and came out with 2. Thank you sooo much Susie and Julie you both are amazing. If your looking for beautiful gowns at reasonable price run don't walk to Miss Bella Bridal

Had a wonderful experience shopping here! Susan was so helpful and fun! We walked in without an appt and were still given so much time and attention very satisfied customer.

Absolutely couldn’t have asked for a better wedding dress shopping experience. As a plus size girl it’s hard to find places close to the cbd that have beautiful gowns that fit but I was able to walk in and buy off the rack! The lovely staff made me feel so comfortable and well looked after! What a wonderful memory I’ll treasure always!

Went in with my daughter the other day to buy a deb dress and was met with someone who clearly didn't want to be there, was given no time of day even though there was hardly anyone in the store. The older lady stayed on her computer doing god knows what while she called out the seamstress and asked her to dress my daughter. It was obvious the girl was very busy and under a lot of pressure but put on a smile and was extremely nice to us anyway. I asked if she was a sales person or seamstress and she told me she was a seamstress but mentions she does this all the time and laughed about being the dishwasher too. Not good enough! It was very obvious she did not understand her place in the shop which is why it seems this company does not care for their workers and blames all the problems on them. Would not recommend this shop as they treat people unfair!

As of the dresses there was not a large selection to try on, we were instructed to go to the boronia store which was an hour away. We decided against this and went to another store instead.

Had a fabulous experience with Suzi at the Brunswick store. She made me feel comfortable and at ease in helping me choose my gown. Highly recommended and thank you for all your help you were wonderful.

Very good service and high quality dresses. I recommend to anyone looking for beautifully put together deb dresses or wedding gowns. The alterations on the dresses are to a high and professional standard quality.

I had the BEST experience at Miss Bella Bridal in Brunswick. I walked into the boutique on a whim (feeling very deflated) after having a less than pleasant experience at another bridal shop. The ladies were so helpful right from the beginning, and I loved that the range of dresses were different to what I had previously seen. Safe to say I absolutely fell in love with my dress the moment I put it on, and they made me feel so special and looked after.
I ordered my dress only 6 months from my wedding date and they went above and beyond to make sure it would arrive. Whilst it was down to the wire, they worked extra hard to get the alternations done on time and the dress was PERFECT!
I highly recommend checking out Miss Bella Bridal, it was a pleasure to work with Julie and Susie and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day in the gorgeous dress

The dress selection is so beautiful and the fact that she was willing to assist regardless of how close my wedding date is, just goes to show the level of service and dedication she has for her clients. Suzi went above and beyond to locate a dress from their other store to bring to Brunswick and although I ended up finding a dress elsewhere, I wanted it to be known how much I appreciate the effort and experience. If you are a bride to be reading this review, definitely book an appointment with Suzi! ️

Had an amazing experience with Suzi! She was so accommodating to what I wanted, gave amazing advice and ideas and gave me the dress of my dreams! She was flexible with me with times as I came from the country and had a fair distance to travel for appointments. Loved the experience and feel beautiful in my dress! Highly recommend!

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I think it's important for any excited new bride to know what to expect.

I booked an appointment for 1: 15 over a week in advamce, and explained in the booking details that I'd love help finding a style that suits my body as it was my first (and hopefully only) time shopping for a wedding dress.

Suzi was over 45 minutes late to start with me. Someone walked in 20 minutes into my wait, saying she was told they could squeeze her in and was treated wonderfully by Suzi, while I was asked again to just wait a few more minutes. We had driven 2 hours to get there, but I kept a positive attitude, assuming they would spend quality time with us when we finally had time.

I got passed off to Emily, who advised while fitting my first dress that she was new and didn't know how to put a fit and flair on as she push and pulled it down over my hips. She didn't know what advice to give regarding bras (I had brought two) and didn't know how to adjust dresses so they sat correctly on my body.

Suzi spent the whole time I had complaining about how busy she was and was preoccupied with other jobs she had.

I tried on a few dresses that were nice (the two Suzi actually took a moment to pull for me) but no one came to help show me what they'd look like on me when fitted right. There was no enthusiasm, they just stared at me and told me sale prices, which, for dirty floor stock weren't very enticing. I knew there was a sale on, but I didn't realise there would be no new stock to see.

I was also not allowed to try the dresses I'd pulled that weren't the right size, even though they were in the changing room because I was told they could be ordered in my size.

I felt like I was given no time of day because I was wearing casual pants and a crop top, rather than a bra, which I mentioned was because I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and was in pain.

I sincerely hope this was just a bad day, and that most brides get the treatment and time they deserve. I left really deflated and would hate for that to be the first experience other new brides had.

Great experience. Suzi is a legend and really knows her stuff! Awesome range of styles to choose from and they do all the alterations in house which made the whole process super easy. Lovely!

Very happy with our experience. My daughter's dress for her deb is gorgeous. Quick alterations. Ladies were lovely. I recommend this store.

Had to give this 1 star even though I wanted to give it none, actually correct that wanted to do minus 5. Never have I ever experienced such a dismal first impression in a shop. My daughter was made to feel silly for dress shopping when she didnt have an exact date for her wedding. The whole vibe in the shop was doom and gloom. Had an appointment booked and they were running late, had 4 dresses to try on and were ushered out the shop before trying her last one on. Fifteen minutes is absolutely not enough time, you were running late and that was the time you give her. She should of been made to feel special and they most definitely did not accomplish this simple task. If you want to go to a place were you are made to feel less than adequate than this is the place to be. Would never ever recommend this shop to anyone.

Came across from NZ and met Suzi. She was lovely and so welcoming. She clearly knows her gowns. My daughter was excited that there was a dress with her name (that had been sold… clearly a beautiful dress). If anyone wants a beautiful long sleeve gown, I recommend the Kaija!

SIL had an awful experience, made to feel inadequate rather than a beautiful bride to be. Don’t recommend at all.

Dresses are achingly beautiful, Suzi is a charm and prices are fair. Highly recommend for anyone looking for their perfect fit.
