Went in to look at brides maid dresses and we were treated awfully and my friend was body shammed. Worst experience shopping.

Purchased my gown for my wedding last year and the experience has been nothing short of perfect. Held my dress instore for an extra 8 months as we changed our date and it was not an issue.
She ensured the dress fit me perfectly and nothing was to much of a ask. Handmaid my veil to my request and even helped me with extra tulle so I could make a bow for my reception!
My wedding was last weekend and everyone commented on how beautiful my dress and veil were.

Tina physically assaulted me and I could of had her charged and is now fat shaming myself and others online THEY ARE LIERS, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND CONTINUOUSLY LIE. I have a Layby and according to the consumer laws I am entitled to cancel said layby anytime prior to finalising it. The lady’s at Brides and Maids are refusing to refund my money even though they have been told to by Consumer Affairs Victoria to do so. Consumer Affairs have now said this will be going to VCAT. Firstly they have left me very hostile voicemails Brides and Maids are now ignoring all communication from me. Don’t buy from this store. AGAIN THEY CONTINUE TO IGNORE ME AND LIE. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LYING PEOPLE WHO STEAL YOUR MONEY

Absolutely horrible experience I found the woman to be rude, lacking in professionalism and pushing for the sale. My wedding party also wasn't impressed. Do yourself a favour and go around the corner to Michele's Bridal if looking in Shepp. Friendlier, not pushing, listen to you and the dresses aren't in bags so you can clearly see what they look and feel like.
