7I have never been to this café before, so I thought I would try it out, I ordered a salmon & salad focaccia roll which tasted very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful, even asking me if I enjoyed my meal (which I did)
American breakfast was horrible and wasn't made according to the menu, top dollar for average food
High quality and fresh ingredients.
Very good value for money.
Coffee was nice and high quality.
Omlete was exceptional.
Egg and Benedict was good but the sauce was a bit soft.

Moved to the area recently and heard good things so thought we'd give it a try. Walked into an empty place, never a good sign. I don't think it's too hard to do good cafe food, but this menu was odd. Many versions of crepes with strange combinations that did not sound appealing. It's like we stepped back into the 70s. Atmosphere felt off with just the owner and chef (eating at a table at the time) and no music. Left without ordering. Wish we had have lived here when it was buzzing and reliable.
I think this cafe has changed hands. It’s verrrrrry quiet now and the menu is not modern or appetising so not somewhere to come for lunch. Display cabinet is dumped up the front away from the counter which is strange, and my banana bread was more like a banana…. Dough? Maybe it was flourless or 100% bananas but it didn’t look or taste like a cake and was very rubbery. Also there was about a kilogram of granulated sugar covering it. Coffee was nice.
Went with friends to watch the sunrise from the Dandenong ranges, was searching for places to have breakfast on the way back and came across this nice cafe! Amazing friendly staff, cute interiors and delicious food, what more do you need. Would totally recommend coming here for a good start to the day and a great coffee:)
It’s Mother’s Day and my partner had made a booking through the week for breakfast, he phoned two days prior to change the booking to an hour later. He spoke to two woman who confirmed it was fine. On arrival they couldn’t find the booking, sending us off with a ‘sorry about that. ’ No Mother’s Day outing for us. Thanks guys!
